
After a prolonged break I'm back with something I'm really proud of, an epiosde that details my full morning quarantine routine from getting up outta bed to all my yoga, meditation, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu drills and technique and strength.cardio training! It's a routine that has helped me immensely over the past few months and I'm honored and psyched to be able to share it with you all here today. My wish is that you take something from my routine and use it to better your own mental health going forward and maybe even include things in your very own routine as well!
