
Hi y'all! I'm back after a brief hiatus with another For Your Mental Health Video! I don't always have the time or motivation to put more content out there and I care deeply about my own mental health enough to know when I need to take a break and recently I went through a very stressful situation that warranted me coming back and making another episode so thanks so much for checking it out! It's one of my best IMO from a cinematography and editing perspective as well so I'm definitely looking forward to sharing it with everyone out there!
