Howdy Amigos
Today we're starting a conversation on what romanticizing your life actually means and how to do it. You'll learn :

- The relevance of the reticular activating system in romanticizing your life
- Where I go on the internet to get inspiration on things to do to romanticize my life
- How to play IRL Sims (the ultimate game of romanticization)
- And what savouring is and why you should be doing it
Much love and enjoy✨

Hello fellow ex-cavemen, hope life's been treating you well.
Today we're talking about how modern civilisation has brought your happy hormone production to a crashing halt, the symptoms you're displaying as evidence, why your dopamine system in particular is f*cked and where we can start making lifestyle changes to raise those levels and get our moods, motivation and energy up and kicking again.
Big shoutout to TJ Power and his incredible new book, The DOSE effect, for supplying much of the info shared in this episode.
Also forgot to say I've been recovering from an extremely obnoxious cold for like a month so apologies for the snotty nasally voice.

This chat is coming from a personal place of a life spent surrounded by voices telling me that expressing my emotions, talking about my struggles and choosing my own values (if they weren’t hard work and stoicism) was weak and wrong. It probably won't be all that relevant to everybody but if you can relate to any of the things that I recall thinking, experiencing or being told, I hope this can help. Love you xxx

I am in fact not using the 3rd microphone because I forgot to press the button to turn said microphone on. Luckily we still got an episode recorded and I waved a pretty prop in front of my face. We'll try again next week.
I also didn't focus the camera properly so enjoy an extra high resolution view of my plants.
Today I'm talking about how extreme ownership makes me a happier person by helping me spot opportunities to take control over my own life and how to practice it as well as my opinion on what Molly-Mae said in her DOAC interview.
