My guest today is Glenn Murphy. He is someone who suffered from anxiety and agoraphobia for 10 years of his life.
This is one of the most inspiring stories that I have been fortunate enough to come across, he shares his story from crippling anxiety which prevented him from going further than 3km of his home in Ireland to then finding his passion and as well as finding love and fulfilment in Paris.
Glenn is now a coach who helps people who are experiencing anxiety and agoraphobia.
Please feel free to share and tag us both in it on Instagram.
In today's podcast, I am joined by BAFTA award winning writer Geoff Thompson.
Geoff is also an acclaimed mixed martial artist, spiritual teacher, coach and film maker.
Throughout today's conversation we speak about Geoff's earlier life which formed him. This is the most raw and open conversation I have had on the podcast. Geoff shares his experiences with depression, being abused and overcoming his fears that were holding him back.
This conversation is completely raw and unedited. You'll know why when you listen to it. I didn't want to take any authenticity out of it.
I hope this conversation helps you in someway.
This is definitely a conversation on overcoming your biggest fears and finding happiness.
Please feel free to share and subscribe.
This week I am joined by author, hypnotists and mind coach Tim Box. You may have seen Tim's Ted X speech on you tube called 'How to stop feeling anxious about anxiety'. The speech was viewed over 1.2 million times.

- How to cope with overwhelming anxiety.
- Combatting intrusive thoughts.
- The difference between anxiety and panic.
- What you can do to take control.
- How you can not let anxiety hold you back.

I am joined by the current Super League Man of Steel Sam Tomkins. Sam currently plays his rugby league for Catalan Dragons and England. In his career so far he has won 3 Super League titles and 2 Challenge Cup finals with Wigan.
I really enjoyed this conversation, exploring the difference between being good at something and then being great at something.
During the conversation we also talk about:
What makes an effective leader.
Overcoming difficult times through injury.
Social media.
The difference between being good at something and being great.

'Health is the result of investing in good nutrition'.
This week's guest is Sammy Cooper a nutritionist at Marchon. This conversation was one of my favourites as it was one of the most honest and refreshing conversation I have had and I know it will add value to every single listener.
Sammy was able to debunk a lot of diet and nutrition myths.
Throughout the conversation, we covered the following topics:
Nutrition should be about self-care and not self-harm.
The value of sleep and rest.
Self-worth.
Exercise.
What to eat when you're ill or in injured.
Macro information.
Supplements.
Being kind to yourself.
Nutrition and performance.
I hope you enjoy!
In this podcast I am joined by Natalie Costa. Natalie is a children's confidence coach, an author, a super tutor for BBC Bitesize and the creator of 'Power Thoughts'.
Natalie's work is incredibly powerful and important, she teaches children that it is ok to fail and make a mistake. Often children can have high levels of anxiety when it comes to getting things wrong, which leads to low confidence and low self belief. What Natalie does is help children to develop their confidence, build resilience, adopt a can do attitude and help children tap into the power of their mind, as well as articulate their feelings.
This was one of the most important podcasts I have done in the mental health space and discovering ways to help a young person with their confidence, mental health and overall well-being.
This week's guest is New Zealand Rugby 7's international Tyla Nathan-Wong.
During the course of her career so far, she has won 6 world series titles, a commonwealth games gold medal, an Olympic silver medal and most recently an Olympic Gold medal in Tokyo. She was also named New Zealand Rugby Sevens player of the year in 2019 and is the second person ever to score 1000 world series points.
This is a really interesting conversation with a world champion on what it takes to get the best out of yourself and create a world class team environment.
My guest today is my good friend Sam Jones. Sam is Welsh Premiership rugby player who has represented Cardiff Blues A and been a part of the Wales Under 20's and Wales 7's training squads. But unfortunately injuries have prevented him from selection. I have known Sam a long time, and I have seen first hand the battles he's had to overcome with regards to injuries. But every time he comes back stronger, it takes a strong person to do that.
This conversation will focus on how to overcome setbacks and not let your current situation stop you from moving forward.
