This 2 part podcast I speak on the hardest thing a women can face. Miscarriage. Something I never thought I would go through but I trust God blindly and His plan for me. In this part 1 I share the stories of some strong women in my life who have had to endure this pain. I want to honor them and our angel babies as well as those women out there that have gone through this and maybe don’t have the same support system. I dedicate this to baby Gamiño who is watching over me and always protecting me of harm.

You’re expecting to taste apple pie but you used peaches instead of apples. You are worthy of what you’re asking. The right person will make you realize that.

I felt like it’s only right that this episode followed my previous one because self forgiveness isn’t talked about enough. It’s not normalized and I truly feel like it’s key to peace and love. If we can forgive those who wronged us we have the power to forgive ourselves for our own mistakes. Life happens. I forgive myself for things in life I didn’t know. I love that I am able to grow from them.

One of the biggest loss in my life ended up being my biggest blessing. I wish I would have learned through another life even but it took the passing of my family to open my eyes and grow up. Live today as if it were your last and spread love and kindness.

This episode is my heart talking more than anything. For so long my mind tried to take over my heart and took my down a path where I lost complete sight of who I am. My heart gained the strength it needed to not let my mind play me anymore. My heart and mind are now working together to fix all the damage. This episode is dedicated to 2 people. Hello my beautiful souls. This episode is very special to me. It is something I’ve dealt with my whole life. Something that I continue to work on. It’s very easy to fall into a life of comparison and live with low self esteem but life after over coming that is freaking amazing. Know that it’s okay to fall but never forget that you are strong and can get back up.

This episode is a little shorter than the others but in all honesty there’s not much I can say or do. The only person that can make a difference is you for yourself. Having a big heart can sometimes hurt you. In life we have to learn to have thicker skin and learn when we are giving too much of ourselves.

This episode is really for my family. They are my support system and the one who have helped me stay consistent. They always push me for greatness and never fail to remind me that I am capable of anything. We all need a support system. People whom we can rely to help us get up when we have fallen. To remind us how strong we are on days we can’t see it. I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish all that I have if it weren’t for them.

This episode is mean so much to me. It’s been a journey that I have been on for some time. I no longer want to call this my weight lols journey but rather my healthy lifestyle journey. It’s crazy that I never thought I would inspire so many people along the way. I’m here to just say that you are beautiful in the skin that you are in and that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. Never doubt your potential ! I hope you enjoy.

This episode is very different. It can be a very sensitive topic to talk about for some people. Thankfully I have reached a point in my life where I’m so open and okay when speaking about this. It took years of healing but I know for a fact life put these situations in my life so that one day I could help others. I never thought i would tell the whole world about this but I know it’s a part of my story. I am not defined by these events but these events helped mold me into who I am. As all good and bad events in our lives. They happen for a reason.

Truly what this whole podcast is about is being yourself being great. I hope you all find your spark because I know each and every one of you is destined for greatness. However the only way you will achieve that is by being yourself. It seems like such a simply and easy thing but there’s a lot of people who are hiding in the shadows of something and someone they’re not because they don’t know how to break from that, because they are scared to be made fun or to not be accepted for themselves. Thankfully I was able to surpass that. I am in such a good healthy mental state and I love me. I love me for me and I know I’m great.
