I’ve been shouting “Good morning sunshine”, obnoxiously, since I was a small child - always seeking joy, light and positivity. But when my youngest of 4 children was diagnosed with a rare & incurable cancer, blood & immune disease at the age of 1 1/2… My followers were certain they would catch me in the act of “faking” my happy. What they found instead were authentic shares as we endured 1.5 years of chemotherapy - the good, the bad, the ugly… & the beauty all around it. This podcast reflects upon life & the different ways we get to approach it seeing that perspective reveals miracles. 💕

Masking or Not Whatevs... — What About Your REAL Immune Health?

Hop in the time machine with me—because this episode is straight outta my live video archives from over five years ago! Back when face filters were a thing, I greeted every person who popped in, and background noise (like blenders and babies) was just part of the deal. It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

This message came during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when everyone was deep in debate over masks, mandates, and media mayhem. But instead of getting lost in the chaos, I took a different route—one that still matters today.

Straight from the global pandemic era of 2021... let's peak back in?

This episode is all about flipping the focus inward and asking the bigger question: What are you doing for your health proactively? How are you supporting your immune system and overall well-being? Whether it’s a global crisis or just a stressful Tuesday, your body and mind need consistent care.

Masks or no masks, vaccines or not—there’s one thing we all have power over: how we treat our bodies every single day.

Want to Be a Better Mom, Wife, or Friend? Start Here.

Let’s go!

In this short but powerful message, I share three ways to become a better mom, wife, and friend—and spoiler alert: it all starts with how you treat you.

The way you show up to your own life—your health, happiness, patience, ambition, and self-worth—is a direct reflection of how you show up for everyone else. When you pour into yourself, you increase your ability to pour into others. But when you believe it’s “selfish” to care for yourself first, you end up running on empty.

This episode is a wake-up call to flip that belief and recognize that self-love isn’t selfish—it’s service. When your light shines brighter, everyone around you gets to bask in it.

Start LOVING yourself, start TAKING TIME for yourself, start INVESTING in yourself!

Shavasana Through the Storm

Hop in the time machine with me—because this episode is straight outta my live video archives from over five years ago! Back when face filters were a thing, I greeted every person who popped in, and background noise (like blenders and babies) was just part of the deal. It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

After four years of practicing yoga—despite being wildly resistant to it at first—I had a breakthrough moment during a Bikram class. The second half of class is slower, stretching-based, and sandwiched with shavasana (corpse pose) between each posture. The point? To find peace quickly between challenges.

This episode explores how that lesson—finding calm amid chaos—became one of the greatest tools of my life. And in hindsight, it’s even more meaningful: I recorded this just 8 months before the biggest storm of my life hit—when my sweet baby boy was diagnosed with a rare cancer.

Yoga didn’t just stretch my body. It stretched my soul.

Do you know how to shavasana your way through life?

Rediscovering Your Happy (from a Quiet Corner in Panera)

Hop in the time machine with me—because this episode is straight outta my live video archives from over five years ago! Back when face filters were a thing, I greeted every person who popped in, and background noise (like blenders and babies) was just part of the deal. It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

In this soft-spoken episode (recorded from a cozy Panera booth), we press pause on the chaos and reflect on something simple but deeply important: happiness.

What actually makes you happy? I walk you through a 5-minute brainstorm session where you list the big and little things that light you up—yes, even the tiny joys like hot coffee or your favorite socks. Then, we step back and evaluate:

  • What are you doing daily?
  • What do you prioritize weekly?
  • And which of these things have you never actually made time for?

This is a practical, heart-centered reset for anyone feeling off, out of alignment, or just overdue for a little joy inventory.

When Your Toddler Drops the F-Bomb (and Other Lessons in Modeling)

Hop in the time machine with me—because this episode is straight outta my live video archives from over five years ago! It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

This episode starts with a laugh—a story about the first time my 2½-year-old dropped the F-bomb (thanks, Dad 😅)—but quickly turns into something much deeper. Because what our kids say, think, and believe? That starts with us.

Whether we realize it or not, our little ones are absorbing everything. They’re watching how we treat others, how we talk to ourselves, how we navigate stress, how we handle conflict—and it’s becoming part of the blueprint for their lives.

So today is a playful but powerful reminder: the energy, language, and behaviors you model are being mirrored. Want to raise a joyful, tenacious, kind human? Be one. They’re always watching. Let’s give them something good to imitate.

Highschool Students Relearning Life After Lockdown

Hop in the time machine with me—because this episode is straight outta my live video archives from over five years ago! Back when face filters were a thing, I greeted every person who popped in, and background noise (like blenders and babies) was just part of the deal. It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

This episode was recorded in 2021, as we all tried to find our footing after the global pandemic. Specifically, I talk about high schoolers and the overwhelming struggle they faced trying to re-enter the school system after months of isolation and disruption.

Social skills had regressed. Phones became lifelines and then crutches. And educators, parents, and students alike were navigating a totally new world with little direction.

This is a time capsule moment—a look back at what we were facing and how hard we were working to just figure it out. It’s a reminder of how much grace we needed (and still need), and how messy progress can look when you’re in the thick of it.

Sometimes growth means relearning how to be human together.

YOU Are Someone’s Superhero

Hop in the time machine with me—because this episode is straight outta my live video archives from over five years ago! It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

This chaotic, costume-filled episode is your reminder that you are someone’s superhero—even if you don’t realize it. In the middle of everyday life, when it feels like you’re just going through the motions, you’re actually showing up in ways that impact others deeply. You’re lighting people up. You’re lifting spirits. You’re making a difference.

I share a personal shout-out to someone who’s been that light for me—just by being a positive force in the world. Sometimes we forget the ripple effect of simply showing up with good energy.

So here’s your challenge today: tell someone how they’ve been a superhero in your life. Let’s start a chain of gratitude that reminds all of us how powerful our presence really is.

It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

In this episode, I dive into the power of presence—of slowing down long enough to be here now. Life moves fast, but when we rush through everything, we miss the tiny miracles happening right in front of us.

I talk about using your five senses to pull you back into the moment. What do you see? Hear? Smell? Feel? Taste? That sensory awareness can ground you like nothing else. Being present doesn’t require a perfect setting—it just requires your attention.

If you’re feeling like life is one big blur of go-go-go, this episode is your permission slip to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the now.

Let’s get slow.

Keep Up or Miss Out: Why Learning New Tools Matters

It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

In this episode, we talk about how staying stuck in your old ways can mean missing out on massive opportunities. Whether it’s texting on a flip phone (yes, I resisted that hard) or learning the power of AI today, we’ve all faced moments where adapting felt like too much. But here’s the truth: the world keeps moving forward—with or without you.

I share my own funny flip-phone-to-smartphone journey, and why now I’m leaning into things like artificial intelligence, even when it feels overwhelming. No matter the era, growth requires curiosity and the willingness to learn. Let this be your reminder to keep showing up for what’s next.

Because progress doesn’t wait.

If You Want Things to Change…

Hop in the time machine with me—because this episode is straight outta my live video archives from over five years ago! It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

This short but powerful episode dives into one of the most foundational principles of personal development, inspired by Jim Rohn:

“For things to change, you have to change. For things to get better, you have to get better.”

Even though it might sound simple, this truth hits deep—especially for anyone just starting out on their journey of self-growth. I break it down in everyday language, reminding you that your life doesn’t magically improve just because time passes. It improves when YOU decide to grow, stretch, and make new choices

You have more power than you think—and it’s time to use it.

Let’s talk about how to start.

Gratitude with a Thrown-Out Back (and a Toddler in My Face)

This one’s under five minutes—but it’s got it all: a pulled back from playing soccer with my son, a one-year-old crawling on my face, and me basically immobile on camera, still choosing to show up live. Why? Because sometimes when life sidelines you (literally), the best response is simple: gratitude.

In this episode, I talk about the power of finding something to be grateful for right in the middle of the mess. Pain, chaos, exhaustion—none of it disqualifies you from perspective. In fact, it might just be the exact moment to find it.Because the truth is… the show must go on.

The Power of Healthy Obsession: Why Goals Need Grit

Hop in the time machine with me—because this episode is straight outta my live video archives from over five years ago! It’s unpolished, it’s real, and it’s packed with the kind of gold you only get from raw, real-life lessons. Let’s go!

Recorded just a few weeks into a fresh new year, this episode dives into why we so often lose steam after the excitement of January fades. It’s not about perfection—it’s about obsession. And no, not the unhealthy kind. I’m talking about the kind of focused, passion-fueled drive that makes you push through resistance, even when the journey gets messy (and let’s be honest—it will).

We talk about choosing a goal you’re borderline obsessed with—something you care so deeply about that it pulls you forward. You won’t love every moment, but when you fall in love with the process and the outcome? That’s where transformation lives.

Also: yes, it’s loud. I’m literally in the nutrition club making shakes. But it’s so worth it.

You Can’t Control the Crash—But You Can Control the Prep

Another episode from one of my original live videos—recorded back in the day on my phone before podcasting was cool. It’s raw, real, and sometimes delightfully interrupted by life (aka kids), but packed with gold. Enjoy the throwback vibe!

After a peaceful yoga class and cruising home in my brand new Challenger, I found myself in a multi-semi pileup on I-25. My car? Wrecked. My body? Miraculously okay. But what really stood out wasn’t just how I reacted—it was how I had prepared long before this moment.

In this episode, I unpack what it means to respond instead of react. I share how years of mindset training, financial planning, and inner work shaped my ability to stay calm, centered, and even grateful after a literal crash. From the power of daily mental practices to building the kind of life where chaos doesn’t derail you, this is a deep dive into the invisible prep work that shapes how we show up when life hits hard.

This isn’t just about staying chill in a crisis—it’s about building a life that allows you to.

Where Time Flies, Passion Lives: Finding Your Sweet Spot

Another episode from one of my original live videos—recorded back in the day on my phone before podcasting was cool. It’s raw, real, and sometimes delightfully interrupted by life (aka kids), but packed with gold. Enjoy the throwback vibe!

Ever notice how some days crawl and others fly by? In this episode, I dive into that powerful clue—when time passes quickly, it’s usually because you’re doing something that lights you up. This is your sweet spot, the space where passion, purpose, and energy collide.

So many people say, “I don’t know what I’m passionate about,” but the answer is often hiding in plain sight—in those activities that make you lose track of time (in the best way). Whether it’s creating, connecting, serving, or simply being in your element, this episode will help you start paying attention to what pulls you in. Because that’s where the magic is.

Let’s stop chasing purpose and start noticing where it already lives.

11 Years Back, 11 Years Forward: Are You Living the Life You Want?

Another episode from one of my original live videos circa 2017—recorded back in the day on my phone before podcasting was cool. It’s raw, real, and sometimes delightfully interrupted by live comments and interaction , but packed with gold. Enjoy the throwback vibe!

In this episode, I start with a simple but powerful prompt: 11 years have passed… and 11 more will too. Together, we pause to reflect on where we were over a decade ago—what we were doing, what we believed, and how life has shaped us since. Were the past 11 years filled with intentional choices? Did they reflect your values? Did you grow and live in a state that makes you feel proud? Or were you stuck in a pattern of blame or relenting to a thought that life happens to you and you have no choices in the matter?

Then we look ahead: Where will you be 11 years from now if nothing changes? Yes you know how old you will be and your children... but what version of you will exist then—and is that who you want to become?

This episode invites you to visualize, reflect, and most of all—choose. Time will pass either way. So let’s decide how we want to grow through it.

Retrain Your Brain: How the Reticular Activating System Shapes Your Life

I found my very first ever original live videos—recorded back in the day (2017) on my phone before podcasting was cool. It’s raw, real, and sometimes delightfully interrupted by life (aka kids), but packed with gold. Enjoy the throwback vibe!

In this episode, I’m talking all about your Reticular Activating System (RAS)—the filter in your brain that decides what you notice and what you don’t. If you’ve been feeling stuck or like life keeps handing you the same junk on repeat, this might be the reset you didn’t know you needed. I walk through relatable examples of how your focus determines what you attract and show you how to shift that focus to start changing your life.

You’re not stuck—you’re just looking in the wrong direction. Let’s fix that.
