31. Gratitude in Motherhood - Toxic Gratitude VS Conscious Gratitude
Toxic Gratitude VS Conscious Gratitude - in this weeks episode we dig into the topic of gratitude and how in modern day motherhood we can feel this overwhelming expectation to be grateful for being a mother and feeling bad or guilty for speaking up about struggles, challenges and tough times. And yet, the power of a conscious gratitude practice, specific to our own motherhood seasons, is massive. We can bring such powerful shifts in energy and mindset when we implement gratitude into our lives. It is time to remember how powerful speaking up about the duality of the motherhood is, the highs and the lows, without fear of judgement, because mothers weren't made to stand alone as an island. We can be grateful for being mums, for our children, all at the same time as navigating new situations, challenges and emotions. If you love the show - please give us a * rating and help share this to all of the mums out there.
