The house, the job, the best husband, the kids... At the end of the day I was still left wanting and totally miserable. What went wrong? Why am I not happy? Is this all there is? I knew that something had to change NOW or I was going to lose it. I realized that if I was going to create a life I truly loved, I needed to figure out who I even was. I share one tip that helped me immensely get started on my long arduous journey of discovering myself and refraining from the constant urge to please others.
