Walking is the best exercise what if we walk mindfully and that too barefooted on grass. Mindful walking has manifold benefits. Nature soothes our souls. Coordinating walking pace with breathing pace is just right to refuel and balance our energies. Spending morning time with ourselves is the best gift we can give to ourselves. Every single food we eat vibrates at a certain frequency. An average human body has 6500 angstroms of wavelength (vibration). Living food vibrates at the frequency of about 9000+ angstroms. If such food is consumed mindfully, it will boost our energy levels and nourish our bodies. Remember good health is mindfully crafted. Eat consciously. The choice rests with us.
