Every single food we eat vibrates at a certain frequency. An average human body has 6500 angstroms of wavelength (vibration). Living food vibrates at the frequency of about 9000+ angstroms. If such food is consumed mindfully, it will boost our energy levels and nourish our bodies. Remember good health is mindfully crafted.  Eat consciously. The choice rests with us.
