Vanakkam and Namaste. I wish to share with you today method to relax your eyes before bed time.
In today's screen-centric world, our eyes face a constant pressure. From the moment we wake up to the instant we goto bed, we engage with devices that emit blue light, leading to discomfort and fatigue. As bedtime nears, many people overlook the significance of eye relaxation. However, prioritizing this practice can dramatically improve both sleep quality and overall well-being. Eye strain manifests as dryness, fatigue, and discomfort due to extended screen time and poor lighting. When our eyes fatigue, they can cause headaches and disrupt our sleep patterns. Recognizing the causes of eye strain emphasizes the need for effective relaxation techniques before bedtime. By focusing on eye relaxation, you’re not just addressing eye comfort; you're promoting a holistic approach to maintaining a healthier lifestyle. Start by finding a comfortable and quiet spot where you can sit or lie down. Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. This will help calm your body and soul. Now, rub your hands together briskly to generate warmth, then gently place your palms over your closed eyes without putting pressure on them. Feel the warmth envelop your eyes, allowing them to relax and release any tension. Stay in this position for a few minutes, breathing deeply and slowly. Incorporating simple techniques into your bedtime routine can help soothe your eyes and promote better overall relaxation, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready for a new day. Setting aside dedicated time specifically for eye care ideally about 30 minutes before bed can significantly enhance the effectiveness of your evening routine. This intentional focus allows you to experience the full benefits of relaxation, making it a vital part of your self-care practices.
By making these techniques a part of your nightly routine, you will not only relieve discomfort but also create a peaceful atmosphere conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation. Your eyes will appreciate this care, leading to a happier and healthier you. Embrace eye relaxation and enjoy a smooth transition into restful sleep. Thank you for dedicating your time to your eyes. Vanakkam and Namaste.
Guidelines for Meditation
Vanakkam and Namaste. I sincerely appreciate the incredible support from all my viewers. Today, I would like to discuss the Rules of Meditation.
First, avoid engaging in energy exchanges with those you connect with. There are several reasons for this: it can lead to the theft of energy, the transmission of negative energies, and the absorption of others' karma, which can be detrimental. Protect your knowledge and wisdom by sharing it only with the consent of your guru or master.
Next, let's talk about how to Disconnect from Negative Influences. Meditation promotes self-discovery and personal growth, yet this can be challenging in the presence of negativity. It is essential to distance yourself from toxic relationships and influences that may harm your self-esteem.
Ultimately, minimizing exposure to negativity allows for deeper introspection and reinforces your self-image. The clarity achieved through meditation can transform your perspective, boost your confidence, and help you concentrate on your personal goals.
Thank You. Vanakkam and Namaste.
Vanakkam and Namaste.
In a rapidly changing world, many individuals find themselves at a crossroads involving identity, tradition, and self-discovery. As life speeds up, the quest for meaning has sparked renewed interest in spirituality. This journey often passing through with personal heritage, influencing how individuals navigate their spiritual paths. Let me talk about this intersection and how embracing one’s roots can lead to significant personal growth. Key points I want to cover today:
Evolution of Spirituality: Spirituality promotes personal exploration beyond traditional religious boundaries through practices like meditation and holistic healing.
Importance of Heritage: Heritage shapes personal identity, offering insights and reinforcing a sense of belonging.
Balancing Tradition and Spirituality: Finding harmony between traditional beliefs and modern practices fosters spiritual growth.
Embracing Ancestral Wisdom: Ancestral rituals provide guidance and community connection during significant life events.
Personal Storytelling: Sharing narratives connects individuals to their heritage and aids in self-reflection and transformation.
Adapting Heritage for Growth: Adapting traditional practices to contemporary contexts allows for a relevant spiritual journey.
Challenges: Resistance and generational trauma can complicate the integration of heritage into spirituality, requiring introspection and community support.
Future: Globalisation will inspire diverse spiritual practices, encouraging reflection on roots while incorporating varied philosophies.
Ultimately, the interplay between heritage and spirituality offers a profound path for self-discovery, fostering resilience and connections across generations. Thank you. Vanakkam and Namaste.
Vanakkam and Namaste. Why we should avoid Astral Travel and how to stay protected with divine intervention?
I am here today to discuss the topic of Astral Travel. What exactly is Astral Travel, and what does it entail? Should we engage in it? What might occur during an Astral Travel experience?
Many individuals have reported out-of-body experiences, and similar stories are widely shared online. It’s crucial to approach these videos and information with proper research. Astral Travel should be avoided. When you engage in Astral Travel, there is a risk that another soul may enter your body. This can lead to a shared existence with your own soul, potentially influencing your character and behaviour in ways you may not recognise, ultimately resulting in negative impacts on your life. Be cautious and do not accept everything you read or see on the internet as truth. This message is informed by insights from Shiva. There is a significant narrative about Astral Travel related to Thirumoolar, a revered Siddhar who authored Thirumanthiram. In one story, Thirumoolar compassionately helps a shepherd's family after the husband passes away, taking the form of the shepherd to care for their unattended cows. However, when he returns to his body, he discovers it has been left unattended, as Shiva demonstrates the importance of respecting one's physical form. Because Thirumoolar’s intentions were pure, Shiva allowed him to continue in another form, serving as a lesson about the potential risks of Astral Travel on both body and soul.
If you experience energetic disturbances, it is essential to maintain protection for your aura, body, and soul at all times whether you are resting, meditating, or preparing for sleep. Embarking on a spiritual journey initially requires protective measures; however, as you deepen your practice and cultivate unwavering faith in your divine source, you may find that protection is naturally provided through your direct connection to the divine.
For instance, I no longer seek protection as I trust in the direct divine intervention of both Shiva and Amman (the Goddess) whenever I call upon them. My respect for my divine source has reached a level where I feel secure.
In the past, I have shared a mere 1-5% of my personal experiences with divine intervention, with more insights to be shared later. Many people online encourage Astral Travel during meditation, urging individuals to leave their bodies and explore other realms. Please refrain from believing all of this information.
Tips: First and foremost, respect your soul, dedicating time to evolve and raise your consciousness through meditation, enabling you to discern truth from falsehood and identify who to trust. Reflect on Thirumoolar's story for deeper awareness. He acted quickly to help the shepherd's family by bringing the cows home but failed to respect his own body, which could have been left vulnerable to unwanted spirits. Only with Shiva's permission did he recognize the gravity of leaving his body unattended. At this moment, it is vital to maintain balance and harmony between your body and soul. You can research this story, which is also depicted in a Tamil film. Thirumanthiram highlights Shiva's teachings. I want to emphasize that engaging in Astral Travel can invite unwanted souls and energies that may disturb your peace.
As a Spiritual Healer, I have the ability to perceive individuals through their eyes and discern their energy, through the wisdom of Shiva and Amman (the Goddess). Please take heed of this crucial information. There is an abundance of information out there on the internet, and much of it may not be accurate. As a Spiritual Healer, I strive to convey the truth about Astral Travel through the insights of Shiva. Thank you, Vanakkam and Namaste.
Vanakkam and Namaste.
I feel a strong urge to revisit this podcast, centering on Forgiveness at the National Level. This theme represents a vital step in our nation's journey of transformation and healing toward a peaceful existence, ensuring a safe future for current and upcoming generations.
Forgiveness does not necessitate the physical presence of those we aim to forgive. National leaders can address specific events and seek forgiveness on behalf of the citizens and residents affected by World War I, World War II, and other significant incidents throughout history. This act of forgiveness is directed toward both the souls who have passed away and those still grappling with the trauma from events like the Holocaust, the plight of comfort women in Japan and Korea, and the experiences of indentured laborers taken from their homelands as examples.
Engaging in this healing process allows us to mend the nation's wounds and address the hurtful words, trauma, and challenges faced by our global citizens throughout the years. This journey of self-healing can be applied on a national scale, enabling us to forgive and recover from past scars. It is essential to avoid carrying the burdens of the past into the future, thus laying a peaceful foundation for humanity and future generations.
Historically, our ancestors lived in harmony, shared their lands for mutual benefit, thrived in agriculture, engaged in honest trade, and enriched our cultural heritage through progress and innovation.
May this initiative inspire nations to embark on their own journeys of forgiveness and healing. As we collectively acknowledge the pain and suffering of the past, we pave the way for a future marked by unity, compassion, and understanding. Each step towards forgiveness is a step towards a more harmonious world, where the lessons of history guide us to a brighter, more inclusive tomorrow.
Let us remember that forgiveness is not just an act but a profound commitment to change, to empathy, and to the recognition of our shared humanity. By embracing this path, we honour the memories of those who have suffered and demonstrate our resolve to build a world where such suffering is not repeated.
Together, we can create a tapestry of peace and resilience, woven from the threads of our shared experiences and aspirations. Let us move forward with hearts open to forgiveness, thoughts dedicated to justice, and commitment to the well-being of all.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey toward healing for your nation and its citizens. May the departed souls receive the respect they deserve and dwell in light, while those who remain find forgiveness and peace at the soul level. I appreciate your listening, and if national leaders have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at info@yashfoundation.info. Vanakkam and Namaste.
Faith is the essence of these podcast based on three principles; Believe, Faith, Unconditional Love.
I am here to teach you how to practice to walk by Faith and claim your spiritual inheritance that came to me through wisdom and knowledge from ancient teaching gained over many years.
Thank you for listening in.
Vanakkam and Namaste. In our fast-paced world, where stress and anxiety can feel as routine as coffee breaks, achieving balance and inner peace has never been more essential. Thankfully, ancient practices like meditation and healing present pathways to a more harmonious, joyful, and tranquil existence. These holistic methods not only harmonize the body and soul but also enhance overall well-being, enabling you to navigate life with greater harmony. Meditation is a timeless practice focused on nurturing introspection, leading to inner peace. At its essence, it fosters a profound connection with oneself through deep cleansing breaths that prepare the body and soul, alongside affirmations that resonate on a soul level, and concentrated focus. Integrating meditation into your daily life can infuse powerful energies that radiate within your aura, resulting in reduced stress, improved concentration, emotional balance, clarity on life's questions, and understanding of your life purpose. Meditation effectively alleviates daily stress and anxiety, creating a soothing effect. Dedicating just a few minutes each day can significantly lower stress levels and enhance emotional resilience. Regular practice sharpens your focus and elevates your consciousness, making it easier to engage with daily tasks clearly and efficiently. It nurtures emotional regulation, allowing for balanced responses to challenging situations and promoting self-awareness for better emotional management. Through meditation, you connect with your inner source, uncovering answers you seek within. Each individual is destined to create and lead a meaningful life by serving their community, and meditation guides you toward your true path. Tips for effective meditation is to start small. Begin with just 5-10 minutes daily and gradually extend the duration as you grow comfortable. Find your space by selecting a quiet, comfortable environment free from distractions. Lastly, be consistent and incorporate meditation into your daily routine to cultivate a lasting habit. Healing is rooted in the believe that our bodies are linked to a universal life force, energy, or source. By concentrating on this energy, you may experience gradual healing and balance. Forgiveness is a powerful tool for healing from the past. Letting go of past grievances whether related to relationships, family, friends, or colleagues, allows you to close old chapters and embrace new beginnings. For effective healing, set a clear intention or goal before starting any practice, remain open to the experience, and trust the process, even if immediate results are not evident. Self-healing is a gradual journey, not an overnight achievement. Distinguishing between divine visions and dreams elevates one's personal journey to a heightened level of understanding. Divine visions are direct communications from a divine source, whereas dreams stem from the subconscious. By embracing divine visions emanating from our source energy, dreams gradually lose their significance. This alignment with our divine vision brings clarity to our life purpose with each passing day. Moreover, augmenting one's faith in the source energy aids in navigating daily life, enhancing comprehension of our existence, and seeking protection from potential adversities. Combining healing and meditation techniques offers a comprehensive wellness approach. When integrated, these practices beautifully complement each other. Meditation deepens your connection with your body’s energy, while healing amplifies the calming effects of meditation. Together, they provide a powerful toolkit for achieving a balanced and peaceful life. Embracing meditation and healing can lead to a transformative journey toward a happier, more serene existence. From my personal experience, clearing the energy of the past through self-healing and meditation opens new chapters in life and helps us realize our true purpose.
Vanakkam and Namaste.
Most individuals encounter dreams or visions during their lifetime. Do you understand the variances between a dream and a divine vision, and how to overcome a dream? Have you ever pondered why dreams happen?
Theory:
Dreams occur when the mind is not completely silent through meditation. Dreams result from the daily absorption of information stored in our consciousness. When the mind achieves silence, dreams cease to manifest. As a meditation practitioner, overcoming dreams involves not giving credence to the content of the dream, whether positive or negative. Seek assistance from your masters, gurus, Gods, or Goddesses or spiritual guide to dispel dreams that are not of their origin.
What is a divine vision?
A divine vision appears on our third eye, located on our forehead, given by our masters, gurus, Gods, or Goddesses just before we wake up. It is crucial to heed these visions as they guide our future steps, prompting us to take action.
How do we Practice:
Assert, "These dreams do not originate from my guru (name)," or invoke the name of your spiritual guide. Repeat "Cancel, cancel, cancel" three times to witness the dream vanish. With consistent practice, you will discern the disparities and begin to experience more divine visions. Continuous application of this technique will prevent dreams from recurring or causing disturbances.
Skills:
This is suitable for those at a beginner to intermediate level.
Thank you for listening in. Vanakkam and Namaste.
Greetings, everyone. Here is a brief segment where I share an ancient technique I personally learned through meditation. In this session, I will demonstrate the correct breathing method to purify the body and soul.
Procedure: Whether seated on a chair or in a lotus position, choose what feels most comfortable. The key step is to place your right palm over your left palm, connecting both thumbs together. Rest them comfortably on your thigh or legs.
Advantages: Deep breathing aids in the daily cleansing and purification of your body and soul. It gradually eliminates emotional concerns and past issues from your being.
Exercise: Inhale deeply from the stomach, drawing the breath upwards, then exhale forcefully through your mouth. Repeat this sequence three times, then another three times, and finally, three more times. You will sense a cleansing process occurring within you. This routine can be performed both in the morning and evening before meditation to prepare the body and soul for purification. With consistent practice, you may notice a significant improvement in your overall well-being. Remember, the journey to inner peace and purification is a gradual process, and patience is key. Lastly, always listen to your body. If at any point you feel discomfort, gently return to a natural breathing pattern.
Suitability: This technique is appropriate for beginners to intermediate practitioners.
Embrace this ancient technique and may it bring you the purification you seek.
Namaste and Vanakkam.
As promised, here's the bonus episode focusing on Forgiveness. It represents a crucial step in your personal transformation and healing journey.
Forgiveness doesn't require the physical presence of those you seek to forgive – be it individuals, groups, family, partners, or friends. Before meditating, it's essential to practice forgiveness. Write down the names of those you wish to forgive, regardless of their past, present, or potential future actions.
To protect yourself from any negativity, always call upon your divine source before commencing the forgiveness process. Let any negativity be washed away as the divine source takes care of it. Surrender to this source and have faith, known as "nambikai" in Tamil, guiding you on the path of believe.
Let's start the process. Close your eyes, take a deep breath from your stomach, let it rise, and release it through your mouth. Repeat this breathing exercise three times, then another three times, and finally three more times. You should already feel a sense of cleansing through this practice.
First, consider the individuals you have in your thought or if you prefer not to write their names down, simply reflect on them. For the purpose of this exercise, let's use "Y" to represent these names. When practicing, replace "Y" with the actual names of the people you wish to forgive.
Now, repeat after me: "I forgive 'Y' and I ask 'Y' to forgive me." Additionally, ask the divine source for forgiveness for yourself and for 'Y'. Repeat this sequence three times, then another three times, and finally, three more times. Conclude by expressing “thank you” to your divine source.
As you incorporate this simple meditation technique into your routine, you may begin to feel lighter with each passing day. Stay committed to this practice and don't let anyone discourage you. Remain focused and prevent your thoughts from wandering by engaging in daily meditation.
The individuals you forgive may re-enter your life if their journey aligns with yours. However, if they are no longer part of your path, bid them farewell and continue to move forward. By going through this healing process, you are taking steps to recover and heal yourself from past wounds, hurtful words, abuse, trauma, substance abuse, and other challenges you may have faced.
This process of self-healing can be implemented on a national level to forgive and recover from past wounds. It's crucial not to carry the burdens of the past into the future to create a peaceful foundation for humanity and future generations.
In the past, our ancestors lived harmoniously, shared lands for a better life, excelled in agriculture, traded resources honestly, and enriched cultural heritage through progress and innovation.
Introducing meditation practices in schools can help students focus on their studies and cope with challenges like self-harm, suicidal thoughts, exam stress, societal and parental pressures, and more.
Dedicate time daily for a month to practice this technique and observe the positive changes in your thoughts and well-being. This healing method I teach does not require any sacrifices except dedicating your valuable time to your own healing journey.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your path to healing.
Good day everyone. Thank you for stopping by today to listen to my podcast. Your support is greatly appreciated to spread the goodness of my podcast. If you have not yet listen to my two Bonus episodes on Meditation that is, Light Introduction to Meditation and the other is Meditation for healing emotional and childhood wounds. I urge you to spend quality time going through and practising the art of meditation to conquer your mind.
Today’s podcast, I will teach you how to “Shield yourself before bedtime”. A lot of us including me in the past go through surge of negative energies because we lack proper techniques and protection.
Today, you will learn through this podcast on how to shield yourself and build on trust and faith on your divine source so they can care for you while you sleep comfortably. It’s a simple affirmations but it does wonders for me and I am sure it will help you as well over the course of time.
Before sleeping, with your eyes closed, while on bed, say these affirmations:
“Protect me from any negative forces. Protect me from any negative energies. Protect my aura field”. Repeat 3 times, another 3 times and another 3 times. Gradually, over the weeks and months, you can say it once because by this time, you would have built your faith on your divine source.
You can comfortably sleep after this. You may translate and say these affirmations in any native language that you are familiar.
These are some tips: Do not practice meditation at night before bedtime because it will awaken your soul. Meditation can be done 2-3 hours before bedtime to allow time for relaxation.
Practice a diet to complete intake of your food and water before 9pm. If you are truly thirsty, you may have a sip of water. Keep your body light at night. These will help your body and soul to heal. If you have to go out to socialise, that is okay but try to keep with the time as much as possible. If you are working on shift at night, make sure your diet is light. Gradually, your soul will start to knock out food that does not fit your body any longer. Keep track of this by writing down or jotting down on your phone so you can see a trend of what is right and wrong.
Hope this resonated with you today and I hope to hear from you from where ever you are in this world. Let me know in the comments about your experience. Thank you.
Notes: Your soul becomes too awaken if you do meditation right before bedtime and you may find it hard to sleep at night. Gradually, your sleep hours reduces but you would still be energised during the day.
Hello. I felt compelled to do this podcast today. If you've faced challenges from your past, especially emotional and childhood wounds, there's a way to overcome them quickly. By following specific techniques and frequencies, you can gradually release these emotional burdens. The first step is to "Believe in Yourself", value yourself, and most importantly, have faith, regardless of your background. These practices promote healing for both your body and soul. Purification involves the gradual process of letting go of the past and strengthening your foundation. In the upcoming podcast, I will explain how to practice forgiveness. Share your thoughts in the comments after the initial session. Make it a routine to do this exercise every morning and evening. While there's no strict timing, consistency is key. Also, create a sacred space in your home or residence. Choose a comfortable spot, like a chair near a table, for meditation; no specific yoga postures are required.
If you are new to meditation or have been meditating without protection, it is important to do it correctly. Shield yourself from any negative energies by invoking your divine source or whatever higher power you believe in. Simply say, “I call upon my divine source to shield me from any negative forces”. You will sense a surge of energy enveloping you. To confirm it is your divine source, you will feel it within yourself. Every day, gradually build trust in your divine source until you reach a point of complete surrender. This doesn't mean giving up your physical life; you can balance both the spiritual and physical material aspects. Before starting your quiet meditation, have a notebook and a pen or pencil handy to jot down your experiences for weekly reflection if daily isn't feasible. If you prefer not to write, that's fine too. The key is to observe the insights flowing during meditation, any patterns noticed, etc., to understand what needs releasing daily. If any negative thoughts arise, write them down on a piece of paper as they represent baggage to let go of. During meditation, position your right hand over your left hand near the root chakra or on your thigh where you feel comfortable.
Close your eyes and take deep breaths from your root chakra at the bottom, building on your foundation. Move the breath from the stomach, feeling it rise, and then release it through your mouth. Repeat this process three times, then another three times, and finally, three more times. Initially, you will experience a release in your body, followed by a sense of inner light and lightness in your body. Practicing this routine daily helps release trapped energies and brings in new energy for self-expression, enhancing creativity in various aspects of your life. If you find it challenging to enter a meditative state, close your eyes and count from 10 to 0. Next, say an affirmation to eliminate negative emotions, visualizing them being consumed by inner fire for purification. Only positive emotions and desires should remain ignited.
Repeat after me. "Release me from my emotional wounds and childhood wounds from my body and soul". Imagine these words getting crushed through a fire on your forehead. Repeat the affirmation for 3 times, another 3 times and final 3 times.
Relax and just be in that state. Let all the things drift away. Feel yourself covered with divine love. If you want to continue to feel this divine light, feel free to continue otherwise, you may now open your eyes. After meditation, take some time to relax.
Lastly, maintain a nutritious diet and stay well-hydrated when embarking on your meditation journey, as it requires a significant amount of energy for release. Hydration and proper nutrition are essential to support this process effectively. I leave you with these thoughts: “Silence yourself, for stillness is to achieve calmness. Create peace within your centre through your meditation”. Thank you.
I hope this message finds you well and in good spirits. It's a pleasure to connect with all of you, no matter where you are in the world. Today, let's take a moment to appreciate the beauty of diversity and the power of technology that allows us to come together from different corners of the globe. So sit back, relax, and let's embark on this journey together.
We all share a common eagerness to reach our ultimate destination. In our youth, during family travels, we often posed the familiar question to our parents, "Are we there yet?" This innate curiosity reflects our awareness of being en route (pronounced on root) to a specific endpoint, whether a beach or a holiday retreat, while still yearning to ascertain our proximity to that destination. This sentiment mirrors our journey towards a spiritual destination, towards the Light or Source. Just as a seed grows into a tree symbolizing life in spiritual realms, we nurture and tend to this growth like tending to the soil. Similarly, it is imperative to cultivate a strong foundation, akin to nurturing soil, that remains unshakable once solidified. This foundation, reflecting our essence comprising both physical and spiritual elements, embodies the core of our being—our form and formless, body and soul. In Viking history, the tree embodies Destiny, encapsulating the collective wisdom of the past. Exploring the Viking history reveals a profound interconnectedness with these themes. This discussion on Foundation in Episode 4 is not merely coincidental but deeply intertwined with these narratives. The number four, symbolizing Foundation, resonates in various contexts such as the Emperor card in Tarot, representing the Foundation of Humanity. Furthermore, in Tarot symbolism, the four elements—Earth, Water, Air, and Fire—correspond to Pentacles, Cups, Swords, and Wands, respectively. These elemental associations are elucidated in the ancient Tamil literature called "Aintiram" by the revered Sage Mamuni Mayan, signifying the five elements.
Within the grand Angkor Wat complex in Cambodia, at the East Mebon Temple, I am immersed in a profound cultural and spiritual journey. The temple boasts five impressive gopurams, known as temple towers, embodying the concept of Aintiram as beautifully described by Mamuni Mayan.
Harmonizing the five elements represented in this temple allows us to command mastery over the universe itself. The intricate details and symbolic depth of the East Mebon Temple prompt us to ponder the interconnectedness of all things and the power found in achieving equilibrium.
The Neak Pean (or Neak Poan) Temple, in Cambodia, is a structure steeped in history and healing traditions. Its design integrates the symbolism of the four directions – water, earth, fire, and wind – tied to a central tank symbolizing space or ether, showcasing a profound bond with nature's elements. Each direction is symbolized by animals – the elephant, bull with a human head, horse, and lion – enriching the temple's symbolic significance.
The architectural and healing principles of the temple seem to resonate with the "Aintiram" concept, emphasizing the five elements as chronicled by Mamuni Mayan in Tamil, underscoring a profound influence on the temple's construction and healing rituals.
Drawing parallels between these elements and their depiction in the Rider-Waite tarot card, notably in "the world," highlights the enduring relevance of these ideas across different cultures and eras. The temple's emphasis on holistic healing and alignment with natural forces serves as a timeless testament to universal wisdom and principles that continue to fascinate and motivate us today.
When these four elements align within us, we achieve inner harmony and peace. As I've mentioned in previous episodes, maintaining a journal, meditating, and reflecting are essential practices.
Thank you for joining me, and I hope this resonated with you. Looking forward to seeing you in the upcoming episode.

Podcast begins here:
Hello, good day from where ever you are tuning in to listen. It's been a long time since I last recorded my podcast in 2021. Today is 9th of March, 2024, I look forward to reconnecting with all of you.
Today’s topic will be about good versus bad light, which one would you pick, know from within. You do not need to look far, just tune inward and ask your soul if you are in the right path. Even if you do not receive an immediate answer that is okay but you will know from synchronicities or signs, numbers, dates, time, billboards, ads, animal that you come across, feathers, flowers, colours, etc.. Anywhere you turn your head, you will see the sign as an answer to your question. Synchronicities plays a great deal of part in our lives if we pay attention to the details it is bringing. Look up the meaning and your soul will resonate with the meaning because your soul knows to differentiate the good light from the bad ones. The reason we fall into the bad light is because we don’t stop to listen within our soul that has all the answer from ancient days. We just want quick answer. We need to slow down and listen to our soul.
Hope this resonated with you and I hope you will recommend my podcast to your families, friends and your community.
I leave you with this thought; Our Soul Knows. Thank you.
Never let your guard down nor let anyone bully or speak low of you. You are born to represent who you are.
Remember to always Value Self.
Podcast begins here:
Hi Everyone. I wanted to touch today on the subject of Value Self.
How do I value self? This is important towards achieving harmony within yourself. Harmony represents both physical and spiritual. I want to leave you with another three key principles towards adapting to value self that is;
1. Believe in yourself
2. Have compassion on yourself
3. Respect yourself
Apply these principles in your daily life and see how it changes your life perspective towards positive energy flowing into everything you do.
See you soon in my next episode.
Thank you for stopping by to listen. I have kept the podcast as authentic as possible without much editing letting my higher-self speak. If you hear lots of "s" and and other sounds, it is a natural occurrence. I am not going to spend time editing out what we are born with naturally both physical and spiritual. As we remain authentic and true, our higher realm of existence is reclaimed which are our values. This is our foundation of who we are and what our ancestors have left us with, the treasure.
Podcast begins here:
Good day everyone. Thank you for tuning in. Today’s light introduction topic will be about “How to Meditate”. It sounds simple but the depth I am going to cover is different. Are you able to close your eyes for 20 minutes? Why only 20 minutes? What does 20 represent? You must have heard others asking you to do this for 21 days. Why 21 days? How to concur and zero the mind which is always buzzing? If I say there is no mind and that there are only body and soul, would you believe? Does this resonate with you?
In my trailer, I introduced you to my 3 principles; Believe, Faith and Unconditional Love.
I would like to introduce you to My Outlook which are Authenticity, Trust and Value.
Welcome to my podcast number 1.
In my early travel days, I was intrigued about tarot. People call it occult but do not understand the meaning of occult which means lifting the veil. If you haven’t read, research, meditate upon the inscription on the Temple of Neith, please do so. It talks about no one being able to lift the veil. What does this mean? This is why I want to connect all this back to tarot because it came from ancient teaching but have been suppressed. The veil on High Priestess and Justice cards are good examples. What’s behind those veils?
As we go along, I will be asking you to read and research. Keep a journal with you always and make a note of it. This is how I started my journey. Nothing comes in a silver plate. You need to be a disciple to learn, dedication is key, research, meditate and discern. Thank you for listening in.
Good day everyone. I will be teaching you about Healing Yourself, Meditation and Tarot symbolism. Meditation ceases when body and soul are in alignment and you achieve zero mind. I will do my best to release the podcast bi-weekly as I am doing this on my available space and time and increase in the coming days.
I will try to keep it to 10 minutes. I will let my higher-self guide you through these sessions.
Tune in and listen to this ancient teaching which you will not be able to buy with gold, silver nor bronze. The contents are my personal journey and copyright of Yash Foundation.
