Forgiveness

As promised, here's the bonus episode focusing on Forgiveness. It represents a crucial step in your personal transformation and healing journey.

Forgiveness doesn't require the physical presence of those you seek to forgive – be it individuals, groups, family, partners, or friends. Before meditating, it's essential to practice forgiveness. Write down the names of those you wish to forgive, regardless of their past, present, or potential future actions.

To protect yourself from any negativity, always call upon your divine source before commencing the forgiveness process. Let any negativity be washed away as the divine source takes care of it. Surrender to this source and have faith, known as "nambikai" in Tamil, guiding you on the path of believe.

Let's start the process. Close your eyes, take a deep breath from your stomach, let it rise, and release it through your mouth. Repeat this breathing exercise three times, then another three times, and finally three more times. You should already feel a sense of cleansing through this practice.

First, consider the individuals you have in your thought or if you prefer not to write their names down, simply reflect on them. For the purpose of this exercise, let's use "Y" to represent these names. When practicing, replace "Y" with the actual names of the people you wish to forgive.

Now, repeat after me: "I forgive 'Y' and I ask 'Y' to forgive me." Additionally, ask the divine source for forgiveness for yourself and for 'Y'. Repeat this sequence three times, then another three times, and finally, three more times. Conclude by expressing “thank you” to your divine source.

As you incorporate this simple meditation technique into your routine, you may begin to feel lighter with each passing day. Stay committed to this practice and don't let anyone discourage you. Remain focused and prevent your thoughts from wandering by engaging in daily meditation.

The individuals you forgive may re-enter your life if their journey aligns with yours. However, if they are no longer part of your path, bid them farewell and continue to move forward. By going through this healing process, you are taking steps to recover and heal yourself from past wounds, hurtful words, abuse, trauma, substance abuse, and other challenges you may have faced.

This process of self-healing can be implemented on a national level to forgive and recover from past wounds. It's crucial not to carry the burdens of the past into the future to create a peaceful foundation for humanity and future generations.

In the past, our ancestors lived harmoniously, shared lands for a better life, excelled in agriculture, traded resources honestly, and enriched cultural heritage through progress and innovation.

Introducing meditation practices in schools can help students focus on their studies and cope with challenges like self-harm, suicidal thoughts, exam stress, societal and parental pressures, and more.

Dedicate time daily for a month to practice this technique and observe the positive changes in your thoughts and well-being. This healing method I teach does not require any sacrifices except dedicating your valuable time to your own healing journey.

Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your path to healing.
