For those with fecal incontinence/urgency or constipation, part of the problem may be mechanical, which is where a pelvic PT comes in. Amy recognizes that this may be difficult for people to talk about and seek out help for. This is exactly why we wanted her on the podcast to help bring more awareness! 

Amy describes what an evaluation and treatment session might look like. She also explains a few of the strategies they may use to help alleviate a patient’s symptoms. As always, we leave you with a tip for getting started today.
