In this episode of the Verity Podcast, Brandon and I talk about fixing knee pain and recovering from injuries. We both had suffered acute and overuse injuries that prevented us from squatting or doing a lot of movements in the gym. We discuss the different things that worked to resolve our similar problem of having excessively short and tight quads while also having weak and long hamstrings.
