Monroe and Brandon chat with Verity's newest coach, Charlie Schmid. Growing up, Charlie was a multi-sport athlete in high school. Following high school graduation, Charlie gave up sports and dedicated his life to serving God, and began work as a missionary.

Through his journey, Charlie was led back to fitness and ultimately CrossFit. Charlie is an experienced CrossFit coach and a tremendous CrossFit athlete who reflects one of the most positive and hard-working attitudes around.
