We can first try to adapt logical thinking instead of systematic and rational thinking or trusting our feelings intuitively by having a check in system that can provide some anchor onto our way of thinking.
I.e. I feel fat all the time,
Using logical thinking you can check with yourself:
Do you eat alot all the time?
Are you overweight all the time?
If so, you can conclude some truths to your feelings, forget about the self loving visionaries
that trust you to unfuck your suffering by offering you more lies.
If you are unhealthy and you feel fucked up, and remember the control is in your hands.
Things to explore on breaking inherited limiting beliefs:
Limiting beliefs act as "truth systems" that seem to limit yourself from executing things that can be achieved without.
Theses system of thinking are often developed during childhood and adolescent;
Such as picking up habitual attitudes and mindsets about his or her own adaptations throughout out his development, this is seen through his cyclical waking period and schedule that are often mistaken as "natural habits" that are beyond one's control.

Symptoms and attitudes:
Today we explore two concepts that seem to collude together, Imagination and consciousness.
Consciousness is often what seems to paint us differently from monkeys who differ only a slight percentage in genetics, of about 4 percent. And yet, this 4 percent enable us to "take control", creating zoos, measurements of "justified freedom" for this creatures and defining their on natural laws of space and habitat.
What then defines consciousness?
And how do we imagine it to be?
Today, we can draw a tangent of our imagination through comparison with our theories of consciousness to perceive if life is more of an imagination, which can alludes and explore the possibilities of it being an illusion.

How not to help others: Showcases an exceptional attitude to realise that each person can rise on his own, that in his own due need, will come to realisation through the eyes of himself and of others that does not require any emotional outrage.
The evolution towards an independent culture comes from the capacity to bring co-independence onto one another.
Things to take away:
What is consciousness?
Transmission that transmit time and space that defies intersection of information
What are the perceptions of integrated consciousness of a moral being.
How to define a common purpose
What type of concepts defines a time line
The definition of being and a place to be
The lack of directional conviction that arouse from the lack of being that comes from being,
The conundrum of being through the transition of the way of being that redirects beings.

What makes who you are today?
Does the behaviour and societal concepts on race, religion does more good or harm?
Today, we explore what we thought to be largely defeated in the recent times,
Where there is stigmatisation and bias thinking in stereotyping others, resulting in disharmony and violence.
We welcome Akira Siroy, who I had observed to be an open hearted, accepting person in society and wonders how he had come to today in building his character.
We explore how stereotyping not only changes our societal behaviour, in terms of who we approach and who we believe to be good or normal in society and how it changes our upbringing and how empathy can be a door to opening our hearts and accepting one another irregardless or race and religion and culture.
Open your hearts and lend a listening ear today.

Many of us assume that education and society is what matters to us, and that what we are taught to believe in is good and we act as if we are benefiting from it believing in the smiles of the people who preach such ideas onto us,
The blue pill and the red pill questions the way you view things and the societal norm and commonly fed beliefs.
Which is real, when it is still our subjective experience that underlines our overall experiences?
Will you take the red pill to assume control and dare conceive the most absurd?
or will you believe that what you have now is good?
on www.kaerah.com , we conceive what is truly good and what the red or blue pill really means to us.
Adulthood and being a teenager can be tiresome, grades, university, relationships, work, parenting, and so on so forth. How did we grow so fast so quick and end up having to juggle with so many responsibilities.
Growing ourselves as person can make us stronger and do more, we are often taught to put up a brave front and confront our problems.
But have you faced your fears? Have you, look into your own self and wonder how did you end up in a 9-5 job, struggling to keep your relationship, doing something you don't like? Did you seem to look onto the world as if al your responsibilities are just your 5-9 job?
on www.kaerah.com , we explore looking onto our responsibilities so that we can not just cope with it, but better ourselves
with what we already have,
our responsibilities.
In the attempts to dissect freewill and the illusion of control and getting to know our influences and other acting forces in this spiritual universal that revolves around the truth of many in the previous episodes, this begets the question? Are we fated or destined?
As many motivated self willing, self learning individual that focuses on self growth, many of us believe this:
1) That our growth do matter
that we believe:
a) we change and in return, invite goodness from the universe, and invite better things in our lives, from a change of state, be it our actions, friendships and jobs.
b)the change in ourself can change the way we perceive the world
c) that we hold some control of ourself
Hence to debunk whether, the intentions of society and acting forces of the universe, would result in us, being part of a fated destiny, compared to one that is self-written, I explore the concepts used by the previous episodes, which includes, intentions, beliefs, and how the change in our action can matter and yet matter less depending on some context, *as explored in the episode of theatre and play, how we are acted upon and how we act upon others.
Join this thought provoking question, and have the new aftherthought.

Why do we need to know the differences between our instincts an our habits and how does affinity play into our life?

What difference is a test, and getting what you want?
i.e. you can ask for a relationship and get a real disasters,
to then label it as the gift from god, and of societal, would you blame God or society, since they were "the one" that gave it to you. In such ambiguous emotionally fueled context, most of us might not be able to pin it on anyone and come to a more just realisation to not blame it outward.
However, when compared to an act of faith, whereby standing for your faith is also the seemingly right thing to do?
How is it so, that leaving the gift of a relationship and "sacrificing" your faith, an act of righteousness and courage?
Mainly because of the context that we label it, the looks of it, i.e someone in silver tuxedo is not a billionaire, someone who weighs a hundred kilogram is not a trained boxer or fighter.
And all of these people are given an equal chance to act on courage.
Yet all of these people have different skills and capacity to act.
I.e. to be disillusioned by the equal chance, i.e. two equally healthy people might stand an equal chance at a brawl, and be disilllusioned by their skills and emotional rage between one another, believing it is the right thing to do to cower from what they fear, vs, two differently equipped people who then are asked to stand up for what they believe in, is that fair? or even just? And is that an equation of courage?
Good day folks.
The New Aftethought came from a long way, from being thought provoking posts on blogger and instagram, we now have not only listeners who tune in every week, we have also reached over ten episodes in total.
The New Afterthought served to unravel your mind, so that out of all people, you can know what your mind is made of.
We wanted to know more of the Universe, and in return, we knew even more about ourselves.
In this episode, we re-navigate the podcast together, to realise its purpose and how we can utilise it into enhancing our life and our mind.
In this podcast, we talk about good and evil in a concept.
Following the matrix, of corporate success, family traditions and societal roles.
Versus the assumption to jump to conclusions.
We explore these concepts through a theatrical concept of a play.
In the freedom of speech we succumb to the downfall of appraisals of men and the applause of the reactionary lottery.
Fall and laugh at the palms of each clap,
you tap to the rhythm to only be a pawn in your own thought masquerade.
How does one define good and evil in a glazed society, with glazed eyes, and knocking glass doors, leads to empty steel rooms?
We redefine only to find new loops to pray onto weaknesses and kindness an the charades and tidbit of the leftover kindness.
Neutrality is nuance gray undertone, tasty with an iron aftertaste, we bite onto our tongues to lie, and bleed into our own medicine we feed onto ourselves.
However does one find his own ethical values in this gray society?
Where simply choosing a singular friend and partner is going to make you sway to his music?
Self actualisation, lies not just in decision making and creating oneself but also self realisation.
Theory of mind is the ability to recognise that other people's mental states may differ from one's own.
Using their Point of view to corner in to the peculiarities of their minds that is most commonly know to help understand one another, by first recognising the differences.
"Why is it called a "theory" of mind? Psychologists refer to it as such because our beliefs about what might be going on in another person's head are just that—theories. "₀
From making predictions of previous encounters, archetypes and motivations, these theories affect our interaction, expectations and cues to behaviours.
How do we create and frame our minds within these illusions of control and how do we create and realise ourself?
In this new world that begun to understand, mindset, attitude, perception and the laws of common objectivity, we look into this world with an expanded mind, ascend to a greater height to look past e flaw of the illusion of the detail.
Forgetting how we go into the picture would set the tone to our music.
it plays to a tempo of our dilenmas and humms into our living rhythmn, creating a repetition of digressed intentions.
We act as if we know what we are doing, we start to realise some that dress in suits, would be perceived better and pick up the same dressing code, parading in our individuality through the differences in style and colour.
We achieve these pseudo achievements as mentioned in the last episode, we believe that to be a attainment and a pat on the back to what we had been fighting for, these rewards and endorphins bite and then cease, when we start to realise we are chasing the goals of others and mimicking the pattern of theirs.
Synchronicity begun not for the very first time, but for a long while with less discerning eyes.
WE pry our eyes wide open and began realising we are wrong.
