The biggest concerns people often have, in terms of getting injections, is if they would need to continue getting injections every few months just to keep the pain away. If you are experiencing sciatica pain, or have in the past, you may have tried all sorts of things to find relief. You probably also tried stretching and it may have felt pretty good at the moment, but what many don’t realize is that even though it may feel good when you first stretch out your muscles, is that the sciatica nerve really doesn’t like to be stretched. Nerves in particular don’t like to be stretched because it can aggravate the nerve even more.
