Coming back home for the christmas holidays can be triggering in many ways, I left home when I was 17 and felt this coming back ever since.

Repeat the affirmations in your head or out loud after me.
The goal of using affirmations is to reprogram your mind’s previous thought patterns about yourself.
Your beliefs about yourself will rule your reality.
And these beliefs come from your subconscious mind - which we will reprogram by using affirmations.
Try to repeat this daily so it sinks in and you start to see the change in your physical reality.
Living in Reno (USA) for a month, I got to see the crazy Casino lifestyle people get to have and normalise there. I saw they were trapped in a lifestyle with no purpose, no sense of direction and no vision towards what they wanted.
It was easy to relate it to how this can happen to us. In our day to day lives, when we find ourselves stuck in a routine that isn't really taking us where we want to go, but we keep going because we think it is what we're supposed to do.

Getting to the place I am at with myself now wasn't a smooth path.
I've gone from restriction, punishment, obsession with food and fitness in different ways to finding a healthy balance and making decisions based on my wellbeing instead of in what "I should do".
The way I used to treat myself in the past also reflected how many other areas of my life went and the people I attracted, which I see a huge difference now in since I changed this.
In this episode I get into my routines, the way in which I treat myself, my body and the approach to fitness and food that works best for me.

I've been trying to get this for the past 3 years.
But for one reason or another no matter how close I was and how bad I wanted it, it didn't work out.
Now that I finally got it, looking at the bigger picture - I understand why it all had to happen this way and the PERFECTION of it happening like this.
