You know that voice that whispers, “What will peoplethink?”
The one that stops you from signing up for that class, trying something new, or saying yes to what you really want?
Yeah… that voice has been running the show for far too long.
In today’s episode, we’re talking about what happens whenyou finally stop letting the fear of judgment decide how big you get to live.
I’m sharing my own experience walking into a pole dancing class — nervous, stiff, totally out of my comfort zone — and how it cracked me open in ways I never expected.
This isn’t about pole dancing; it’s about permission.
It’s about remembering who you are when you stop performing for the world and start participating in your own life again.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
1. How to stop waiting to feel confident — and instead, create confidence by doing the thing that scares you.
2. Why the fear of judgment is mostly a mirage — and how to quiet the inner critic that keeps you stuck and second-guessing.
3. What opens up when you step out of your head and into your life — the joy, the laughter, and the deep sense of aliveness you’ve been missing.
If you've been craving something more — more courage, morejoy, more you — this episode is your invitation to stop watching life from the sidelines and start yes to yourself again.
Be sure to share this episode with someone who has let fearof judgement run their life, relationships, or career for too long.

What happens when you stop talking for 24 hours?
No voice. No texts. No email. No phone.
Just silence — and the noise in your own head.
I took a 24-hour vow of silence thinking it would bepeaceful — like a reset.
But it wasn’t peaceful. It was brutal.
Because silence doesn’t lie.
It tells you everything you’ve been trying not to hear.
In those 24 hours, I realized how much I depend on my voice— to connect, to control, to fill space, to prove I’m doing enough.
And when I couldn’t talk, I was forced to face everything I’d been avoiding:the thoughts I push down, the emotions I dismiss, and the truth that hidingbehind my own noise was easier than actually listening.
And let’s be real — you do it too.
You keep busy so you don’t have to feel.
You fill silence with small talk, social media, or “just one more thing” so youdon’t have to face what’s really going on inside you.
You think noise means life is full — but what if it’s just keeping you from theclarity you’re craving?
This episode isn’t about being quiet.
It’s about what happens when the noise stops — and the truth shows up.
The truth about what you want, what you’re avoiding, and who you’re becoming.
Because silence doesn’t calm you — it confronts you.
It makes you listen to the things you’ve been too scared to face… andsometimes, that’s exactly what you need to change everything.
So if you’ve been stuck on autopilot, going through themotions, or drowning in everyone else’s opinions — this one’s for you.
Because the moment you stop talking long enough to hear yourself?
That’s the moment your real life begins.
The “We Don’t Care” mantra is trending — and on the surface, it sounds empowering. We see it everywhere: “I don’t care what people think.” “I don’t care that my husband left.” “I don’t care I don’t have any friends.” But underneath the slogans and sass, something deeper is happening. We’re confusing not caring with being strong, when in reality, true strength comes from caring deeply — about who we are, how we show up, and what kind of life we’re creating.
In this raw and real episode of the Say Yes Experience, we’re flipping the narrative. Because here’s the truth: when you stop caring, you stop connecting. You stop growing. You stop paying attention to what your soul is trying to tell you. You go numb — and numb isn’t empowered.
We’ll unpack why “not caring” has become an emotional shield for so many women — a way to avoid rejection, failure, or the discomfort of change. And we’ll talk about what it really looks like to care differently: to care enough to speak your truth, to chase your dreams, to demand more from your relationships, and to stop hiding behind excuses or circumstances.
You’ll hear real talk about what caring looks like when:
This isn’t about makeup, perfection, or pretending to have it all together. It’s about intentional living. It’s about showing up boldly for your one life — with curiosity, courage, connection, and confidence.
Because when you care — really care — you take your power back.
You stop living on autopilot and start living with purpose.
You start saying yes to yourself, and no to everything that keeps you small.
So no, we’re not joining the “We Don’t Care Club.”
We’re starting something stronger — a movement of women who care so deeply about their lives that they refuse to settle for less than extraordinary.
What would your life look like if you stopped letting embarrassment and judgment hold you back? How many opportunities, adventures, and memories are you missing out on because you’re worried about how you’ll be perceived?
In this episode of the Say Yes Experience Podcast, Jessica shares a hilarious yet eye-opening story from Day 11 of her 100 Days of Say Yes Experiences Challenge. For Mother’s Day, she and her son went thrift shopping, picked out the most outrageous outfits they could for each other, and then wore them—proudly or not so proudly—out to dinner.
One of them walked tall, smiling and laughing, completely unbothered by what anyone thought. The other? Hunched shoulders, nervous glances, and wishing they could disappear. But as the night unfolded, something shifted. What started as a silly experiment with mismatched clothes turned into a powerful lesson about confidence, courage, and the freedom that comes from living unapologetically.
In this episode, you’ll discover:
If you’ve ever felt held back by fear of judgment or the weight of other people’s opinions, this episode is your reminder that you don’t have to live that way anymore. The freedom you want is already available—you just have to choose it.
So if you’re ready to stop shrinking, stop second-guessing, and finally start living boldly for yourself, this episode is your permission slip to begin.
✨ And wait until you hear what happened in the parking lot after dinner—it’s the perfect example of how quickly embarrassment can creep back in… and what you can do about it.🎁

On Day 10 of my 100 Days of Say Yes journey, I finally crossed something off my “someday” list: paintball. Ever since watching 10 Things I Hate About You as a teenager, I thought, one day, I’m going to do that. But year after year, I didn’t. Why? Because everyone told me the same thing: “Paintball hurts.”
So, I avoided it—until now.
This episode takes you behind the scenes of my first paintball match: a one-on-one showdown against my son, B. Spoiler alert: he shot me in the head (and I definitely didn’t see it coming). But what surprised me most wasn’t the sting of the paintball—it was how quickly my fear and self-doubt dissolved once I stepped into the game.
Even more eye-opening? When I played with a larger team, I told myself I’d stay back, play safe, and avoid pain. But in the heat of the moment, instinct took over, and I pushed to the front line. The paintball employee said it best: “You doubted yourself—you said you’d stay back, but you charged forward.”
This episode isn’t just about paintball. It’s about how fear, stories, and doubt keep us from stepping into our own front lines in life.
Here’s what you’ll take away from this episode:
1. The Story Hurts More Than the Reality — Most of the pain we fear is imagined, fueled by other people’s warnings or our own mental scripts.
2. Courage Comes Before Confidence— Sometimes you don’t feel ready, but action proves that you are braver than you think.
3. Front Line Living Unlocks Growth — The place you fear most might be exactly where your potential is waiting.
If you’ve ever found yourself holding back because of what “they say” or because you doubted yourself, this episode is your nudge to stop playing defense and step into the front line of your own life.

Ever feel like you’re sitting in traffic—not just on the road, but in your life? You’re restless, anxious, waiting for something to happen… and the longer you sit still, the worse it feels.
On Day 9 of my 100 Days of Say Yes, I drove two hours with no GPS, no plan, and no destination. When I hit traffic, I felt stuck, frustrated, and totally out of control. But here’s what happened—once I stopped obsessing over where I “should” be going and just started moving, the anxiety lifted.
This episode is about what to do when you feel stuck in your own life. You’ll discover:
If you’ve been waiting for certainty, waiting for direction, waiting for things to magically fall into place—this is your wake-up call. Stop waiting. Start moving. The way out of being stuck is closer than you think.
Listen now!
Most people spend their whole lives avoiding the fall. They grip tighter, play it safe, and convince themselves they’re not ready yet. But here’s the truth: the second you fall, the fear disappears.
On Day 8 of 100 Days of Say Yes Experiences, I stepped onto an aerial hoop for the very first time. My arms were shaking, my body was moving in ways it hadn’t in years—and before I even found my rhythm, I fell. Hard. And you know what? That fall was the best thing that could’ve happened. Because once I got it out of the way, the fear had no power over me anymore.
This episode isn’t about circus tricks. It’s about life. It’s about learning to trust yourself, discovering strength you didn’t know you had, and realizing that falling isn’t failure—it’s freedom.
If you’ve been waiting for the “perfect moment,” hesitating because you’re afraid of messing up, this is your wake-up call. Stop waiting. Stop gripping so tight. The magic doesn’t happen when you play it safe—it happens when you fall first.
👉 Listen in to discover why the thing you’ve been avoiding might just be the breakthrough you need.
When was the last time you let yourself be pushed beyond what felt comfortable?
Most people convince themselves they’re going all in — in their careers, their relationships, their health — but the truth is, we usually stop the second it gets uncomfortable. We hit resistance and pull back. We tell ourselves we’re “stretching,” when in reality we’re protecting ourselves from pain. And that’s exactly why we plateau.
On Day 7 of my 100 Days of Say Yes Experiences, I signed up for something I thought would be simple: a professional stretching session. I figured, why pay someone to do what I can do myself? But within minutes, I realized just how wrong I was.
The difference between stretching myself and being stretched by a professional was massive. Alone, I would have quit the moment it got uncomfortable.
In this episode, we unpack:
Why the pain you avoid is the exact thing standing between you and your next breakthrough.
How resisting discomfort only prolongs the struggle, while releasing accelerates progress.
The hidden cost of comfort — how staying “safe” actually shrinks your capacity over time.
Why you can’t take yourself as far as a coach, mentor, or guide can — and how to find the people who can stretch you further than you’d ever go alone.
How micro-stretches (small daily actions) compound into long-term transformation — and why most people quit before results kick in.
Why trust in others and in yourself — is the foundation for every stretch forward.
This episode isn’t just about stretching your body. It’s about stretching your mindset, your courage, your dreams, and your belief in what’s possible. If you’ve been holding yourself back, resisting change, or convincing yourself you’re “fine,” this is your invitation to go deeper, push harder, and finally move past the invisible ceiling keeping you stuck.
✨ Challenge for you: ask yourself today — Where do I need to be stretched? Maybe it’s in your business. Maybe it’s in your relationships. Maybe it’s in your confidence. And then find the person, the coach, the guide who can pull you further than you’d ever go alone.
🎧 Listen now and share this episode with a friend who needs the reminder that growth only happens when you’re willing to go past comfort.

Most people run from storms. I walked straight into one — and danced.
On Day 6 of my 100 Days of Say Yes Experiences, I found myself staring out at a thunderstorm, stuck in a battle between two fears: the real danger of lightning… and the imagined danger of what people might think. Would my neighbors judge me? Would I look foolish? Would someone wonder if I’d lost it?
The truth is, fear of judgment almost stopped me more than the storm itself. And that’s the lesson hidden in this simple act.
In this episode, I take you behind the scenes of what really happened when I finally stepped outside and danced in the rain. You’ll hear:
Why does the fear of judgment holds us back more than the fear of failure?
How tiny, playful moments like this can build your courage muscle for the big decisions.
The ripple effect one bold yes can have on everyone around you.
A personal challenge that will push you to break your own invisible rules.
This isn’t just about rain — it’s about breaking free from the cage of approval, reconnecting with joy, and saying yes to the parts of life most adults have forgotten.
By the end, you won’t just hear my story. You’ll be ready to create your own.

What’s the dream you keep putting off?
You talk about it. You think about it. Maybe it’s even on your vision board.
But deep down… You haven’t taken the first step.
Not because you don’t want it .
But because you’re scared you’ll fail, won’t be good enough, or won’t be chosen.
In this episode of The Say Yes Experience, we’re talking about that dream—and the real reason you haven’t moved on it yet.
Jessica shares the vulnerable truth behind finally applying for her TEDx Talk after years of waiting. Not because she felt “ready.” But because she got tired of letting fear write the story.
If you’ve ever:
Delayed something important because of doubt or perfectionism
Watched others get what you want and asked, “Why not me?”
Talked yourself out of taking the next step… again
This is your sign. This is your push. This is your say yes moment.
You don’t need to be 100% ready. You just need to stop saying no to yourself.
Your potential is waiting for you to catch up.
Listen now.
You’ve been praised for being the one who handles it all. You’re the fixer, the planner, the one who always has it together. But under the surface? You’re tired. You’re stretched. And maybe—just maybe—you’re wondering why no one is helping you.
In this episode of the Say Yes Experience, Jessica takes you inside a personal story that helped her realize what strength really looks like. From building a baby crib at seven months pregnant to saying yes to help in business, motherhood, and life, she unpacks how the lie of “I should do it all myself” keeps so many of us stuck in burnout.
Inside this episode:✅ Why asking for help feels uncomfortable—but necessary✅ The hidden cost of trying to be everything for everyone✅ How control and perfectionism mask deeper fears✅ What actually happens—to you and to them—when you ask for support✅ A simple challenge to help you start practicing this today
If you’ve been juggling it all and silently resenting how heavy it feels—this is your moment. You don’t have to keep doing it alone.
🎧 Press play and let this be the episode that finally gives you permission to let someone else help.
You’ve had big adventures. Led teams. Handled hard conversations. But somehow… that one small thing still stops you in your tracks.
For me? It was climbing onto a roof.
Not falling. Not heights. Just the idea of stepping up there.
And here’s the wild part—I’ve gone hang gliding, bungee jumping, canyon swinging… and yet, this tiny fear lived in my head rent-free for years.
On Day 3 of the 100 Days of Say Yes, I said yes to finally facing it.
This episode isn’t about roofs—it’s about how we turn small fears into big lies, how we carry old stories that keep us stuck, and how doing one small brave thing can shift everything.
Inside this episode, I share:
✅ Why irrational fears hold so much power over us
✅ What happened after I finally said yes (and got on that roof)
✅ How one person—your “Mike Cross”—can help shrink your fear
✅ A step-by-step challenge to help you face your small fear this week
✅ The brain science behind why fear grows when we avoid it—and how fast it shrinks when we move through it
You don’t need more courage. You need a crack in the story you’ve been telling yourself.
🎧 Press play and come up on the roof with me.
You’ll never look at your fear the same way again.

Day 1: The Power of a Thank You
This wasn’t the Day 1 Jessica had planned. But when your gut speaks, you listen.
In this deeply personal kickoff to her 100 Days of Say Yes journey, Jessica shares a story she kept buried for over a decade. A toxic workplace. A hidden pregnancy. A life that unraveled far from the dream she envisioned—and the quiet courage it took to finally say thank you to the one person who helped her through it.
This episode explores how shame keeps us silent, how healing often begins with telling the truth, and how one small “yes”—even a delayed text of gratitude—can transform your life.
If you’ve ever carried a thank you you never said, this is the episode that will inspire you to finally send it.
Behind the Mic: Bloopers, Yawns, and Real Life with Jessica + B
Need a break from the serious stuff? You’re in the right place.
In Episode 5, Jessica is joined by her hilarious co-star and son, Blaise (aka “B”), for an unfiltered, totally unscripted behind-the-scenes blooper reel. From surprise yawns to off-the-rails tangents, this episode is packed with outtakes, giggles, and the kind of chaos only real life can bring.
No scripts. No edits. Just a mom and her kid making magic—and making mistakes—along the way.
If you’ve been waiting for the moment where things don’t go as planned (and it’s somehow even better because of it), this one’s for you.
Day 2: You don't have to do it alone
Ever felt like you’re the only one carrying the weight of your dreams?
On Day 2 of the 100 Days of Say Yes Experiences, Jessica dives into the unexpected "yes" that created massive momentum: starting a mastermind. This episode explores how surrounding yourself with just one or two aligned people can spark courage, clarity, confidence—and connection that makes you feel unstoppable.
She shares how one simple conversation turned into a life-changing alliance, why masterminds aren't just for business people, and what happens when you say yes to community instead of isolation.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, siloed, or simply “not enough”—this is your invitation to build your circle of bold, brave, growth-minded humans.
You’re not meant to do this alone.
"You Should Start Saying Yes Again” — How My Son Called Me Out
Everything looked good on the outside—business, parenting, success. But inside? I was numb. Burned out. Going through the motions.
Then my 9-year-old son looked at me and said the 7 words that cracked me open:
“You should start saying yes again.”
That sentence shattered everything I thought I knew about success, happiness, and what it means to be alive.
In this first episode of the Say Yes Experience relaunch, I’m sharing:
– What burnout looked like when it was hiding in plain sight
– How one moment with my son ignited a movement
– The real story behind The Say Yes Experience
– And 3 critical mindset shifts to reclaim your joy and potential
If you’re stuck, overwhelmed, or wondering if this is all there is to life—this episode is your wake-up call.
🔥 Questions to ask yourself after listening:
What are you saying no to...without realizing it?
Are you chasing the end result and missing the magic of the journey?
Are you willing to fall, get back up, and repeat until something clicks?
Say yes to this listen. It just might change everything.
