“Your brilliance is found in your persistence, not your perfection.”
This quote is a powerful reminder that our greatness—our light—does not stem from being flawless, but from being relentlessly committed to showing up, again and again, especially when it’s hard.
Perfection might look good on paper, but it doesn’t change lives. Persistence does.
Your consistent, brave, imperfect effort is what lights up the world. So let your brilliance be seen not in how perfect you are, but in how fiercely you refuse to give up.
Let’s break down the three powerful types of intelligence — EQ, IQ, and SQ — and explore their definitions, differences, and examples in a clear and empowering way:
1. EQ – Emotional Intelligence
Definition: EQ is the ability to recognize, understand, manage, and influence your own emotions and the emotions of others.
2. IQ – Intelligence Quotient
Definition: IQ measures cognitive abilities like logic, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and memory. It reflects how well someone can reason, learn, and use information.
3. SQ – Social Intelligence
Definition: SQ is the ability to understand and navigate social situations, read social cues, and build strong interpersonal relationships.

What is a glimmer?
Triggers teach us what needs healing.
Glimmers remind us what is possible.
Keeping your brain healthy is essential for overall well-being and maintaining cognitive function throughout life. A balanced diet rich in nutrients, such as omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and vitamins, helps protect brain cells and supports mental clarity. Regular physical exercise enhances blood flow to the brain, promoting the growth of new neurons and reducing the risk of cognitive decline.
Mental stimulation through activities like reading, solving puzzles, or learning new skills keeps the brain active and sharp. Prioritizing quality sleep is equally crucial, as it aids in memory consolidation and clears out toxins from the brain. Additionally, managing stress through mindfulness, meditation, or deep breathing can protect against the negative effects of chronic stress on brain health. By adopting these habits, you can nurture your brain and ensure it functions optimally for years to come.
A spiritual reflection on your faith journey and how divine love carried you through trauma and trials.
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.
Today let's remember that what we say can have an impact positive or negatively. If we focus on the silver lining then our lives will get better little by little.
