6. this is what's holding you back from making the changes you want to see

Hi friends! Today I talk about the power of our subconscious minds. We may consciously want certain things, but if we have subconscious beliefs that aren't in alignment with that, we won't make the necessary changes to reach those goals.


It's important to uncover these subconscious beliefs, become aware of why we subconsciously don't want these changes we consciously say we want.


Ask yourself: "What bad thing happens if I do/get ____?" "What or who will I lose?" and ask yourself where these beliefs came from. Teachers? Family? Friends? Society? It's helpful to get to the root and see the memories attached.


For this week's journal prompt/action step: Ask yourself, "Where am I holding myself back? What is it that I want and how are my current actions, thoughts, and beliefs preventing that?"


Awareness is KEY. We can't shift something if we aren't aware of it.

4. release the pressure to create momentum

When creating, pressure is the ickiest energy to do it from. We wanna achieve that flow state, receive divine ideas, and that comes from having fun with the process. What if you released the pressure and practice being more playful with your creations? What if you enjoyed the process of creation instead of rushing towards an outcome you need? I invite you to take a look at that desired outcome and see why you feel you need it. Is it a genuine heart's desire? Are you craving the external validation? If so, how can you give that validation to yourself now?

Mindful Uplevels
break the loop of overthinking & take aligned action even when you're nervous

If we waited until we felt 100% confident and ready to do something, we would never do it! We can either get caught in cycles of overthinking and perfectionism, or we can show up and take that messy aligned action, one step at a time. I've noticed that if I'm feeling nervous about something, actually doing it is the best way to conquer those nerves. Of course we want to comfort that part of us that's scared, and I go into more details about that in the episode.
