
Hi friends! Today I talk about the power of our subconscious minds. We may consciously want certain things, but if we have subconscious beliefs that aren't in alignment with that, we won't make the necessary changes to reach those goals.
It's important to uncover these subconscious beliefs, become aware of why we subconsciously don't want these changes we consciously say we want.
Ask yourself: "What bad thing happens if I do/get ____?" "What or who will I lose?" and ask yourself where these beliefs came from. Teachers? Family? Friends? Society? It's helpful to get to the root and see the memories attached.
For this week's journal prompt/action step: Ask yourself, "Where am I holding myself back? What is it that I want and how are my current actions, thoughts, and beliefs preventing that?"
Awareness is KEY. We can't shift something if we aren't aware of it.
