In the second part of our podcast series on dealing with difficult people, we delve into the concept of ego states and the dynamics of difficult conversations. Understanding these ego states is crucial because without this knowledge, efforts to help someone or reach an agreement can just end up ruminating and draining your energy.
I firmly believe that most people are inherently good, and with a bit of empathy and understanding of these ego states, you can effectively navigate challenging interactions. It's important to recognize the thin line between a friend and a foe, and that in many situations, you could be dealing with both. Ultimately, the responsibility starts and ends with you.

In our latest podcast episode, we tackle part one of dealing with difficult people: stop helping them. This might sound counterintuitive, but the reality is that the answer often lies within them, not us. Telling someone what to do doesn't work; they need to see the answer themselves, much like how copying someone's test answers doesn't really solve the problem.
We discuss the drama triangle and how trying to help can actually make us feel good momentarily but disempowers the other person and drains our energy when they don't follow through. If you find yourself being drained by someone, consider whether you're just telling them what to do.
This is part one of dealing with difficult people. You might not be the difficult person, but we all know someone who is, someone who can't seem to follow through. And surprisingly, you might not be helping in the way you think you are.

“So today’s podcast was around motivation and how motivation can be often misinterpreted, where people think that they just need to be more disciplined, when that’s not, in fact, the case.
I’ll also touch on the fitness industry and how that lack of motivation can be a target for people, especially on social media, in order to get money out of you, and how it actually leaves you in a worse position than when you started. And if you feel as if you’re in that cycle, then this is 100% the podcast for you, and hopefully, it will bring about some new awareness into why motivation isn’t a problem, and what is.

Self Talk:
In today's episode, we talk about self-talk.
This will 100% not be the last time that I do a podcast on self-talk.
It's a very loaded topic.
However, today's main topic around self-talk is how it's very much rooted into who you are and who you've been in your past, right down to who you were as a kid.
I give a few frameworks on how to start to identify these feelings and overcome them.
For you to become the new, improved version of yourself, you need to start to identify these things, because if you don't, they'll control you… and you'll always feel like an imposter.
If you're excited to see the new stuff that's coming in the new year, send me over a DM and I'll send you some information.
I'll see you in the next one.
Bye bye.

The Devils Snowball? does that sound better?... Didn't know what to label this:
In this podcast, we explore why the all-or-nothing mentality is the common go-to excuse for people and realistically it's just because they don't follow the right approach.
When we approach it with an all-or-nothing mentality, we constantly fall short of our expectations and we end up in this vicious loop or vicious cycle of being unable to discern where the priorities are going to lie, and we always feel like a constant failure.
So, in this podcast, I hope to readjust your mindset towards this mentality and hopefully stop it once and for all.
