One of my specialties is organizing. It’s something I’m naturally good at, but also something I often promote because of the incredible benefits it can have on the brain. Having things neat and orderly is extremely important to me. My kids don’t always love it though. I try to impress upon them the benefits of a clean room and a made up bed, but they just think I’m a bit of a perfectionist. I tried for years to get my oldest to make her bed each day and she’d always say, why, nobody is going to see it. I’d be so offended that she actually thought I wanted her to make her bed for OTHER people. I wanted her to make her bed for me, haha, but I was also hoping she’d experience the same sense of satisfaction I get when I walk by her room and see it all neat and tidy. It has everything to do with me, haha. I recognized early on in my life the positive affects a clean and organized space had on my brain so it’s something that has always been a priority for me. There’s nothing better than coming down to a clean kitchen first thing in the morning, or climbing into my neatly made up bed at night. I do it for my brain. I used to think it was just a personality thing. I know messes don’t bother everyone, but I’ve come to learn that clutter and disorganization can have plenty of negative affects on all people, it’s not just me. Some may not even realize the stress, overwhelm, and fatigue they often feel, could be directly related to chaos and clutter. It’s not just a personality type thing, it’s a human thing. Benefits of Being Organized Less stress Improved focus Increased productivity Saves time and money Last month we talked about creativity, and a few months back we talked about simplifying, and before that we talked about the All or Nothing Mentality. This month we are tying it all together with organization. Creativity needs focus, and your brain needs to be free of distractions in order to focus. Organization allows your brain to focus on what’s necessary instead of being pulled in a million different directions. And working on your “all or nothing mentality” can allow you to make incremental progress over a long period of time.
HOW do you love yourself? This is a question I’ve been asking for years? I just can’t seem to find that button I’d tell Sean. But I’m having this realization. My struggle to find that “self love button” all stems from CODEPENDENCY. A codependent person is someone lacking self worth and trust in themselves. They have fears of abandonment and an obsessive need for approval from others. Usually most magnified in their closest relationships. For me, that happens to be my relationship with Sean. Let me tell you a little story about my patterns in our relationship...

Dr. Paul is not only one of the brightest scientists I’ve ever met, but he is also one of the most down-to-earth, humble humans too. After following him for 7 years now, my respect has only grown deeper, and when I boil it all down, I believe this quality of his is the one that really seals the deal for me most. What’s the deal with protein intake, and how much do we really need? Is it true that too much protein can hurt you? What’s the real skinny with Isagenix? Is it as good as we say it is? Living The Shredder Life - episode #102 w/ New Zealand Grand Prize Champion, Henz Walker. How many of you could use some serious inspiration right about now in life❓ How many of you know someone who’s had a troubled childhood❓How many of those people unfortunately get stuck in that story and then allow their past to dictate the future❓ I can openly admit that I was one of them. Thinking about the years wasted is enough to make me feel like I want to 🤮 Tonight, I have a very special guest for you. If you feel stuck, and want to know how to make the shift needed to escape, you don’t want to miss this interview tonight with one half of the current 2022 New Zealand Isabody Grand Prize winners, Henz Walker. Henz’s childhood is one I truly wish on no child. Henz grew up surrounded by abuse and domestic violence. When Henz got married and started a family of his own, he wanted nothing more than the opposite of what he had. Unfortunately, unless you’ve learned differently, those childhood trauma’s are powerful, and they stick with you well into your adulthood. Some never find a way out. While the abuse part was left to the side, Henz & his amazing wife Trac, found themselves eyeing divorce. They simply didn’t want the pain they knew they were bringing to their children. They knew it wasn’t what they wanted, but didn’t really have any other solutions. Thankfully, they found the strength to say yes to a very unlikely cure. Their health❗️ While the work was intense, and the struggle was very real, these two epic humans bonded together, and figured out a way break free. Today, their family is thriving❗️ Not only that, Henz & Trac figured out a way to conquer the odds even more, and for the first time in 20Yrs (history of company), they were crowned the first ever couple, Grand Prize Isabody Winners out of thousands & thousands of other people 🤯 Henz and I go deep, and very raw tonight. We chat about things you typically don’t hear two Alpha males talking about, and I’m eternally grateful for his courage and strength. I also grateful to have connected with another male I’m proud to now call my mate.
This time of year, although magical, can also be an extremely difficult time for many. For various reasons it can trigger unresolved childhood trauma, loneliness, and of course financial stress and overwhelm. So my intention for tonights call is to hold space for the loneliness, trauma, and stress, as we gently direct our focus towards healing, growth, and freedom from the past. About a month ago I broke out in this horrible rash. I was so discouraged because I’d like to believe that I’m pretty healthy and that I do what it takes to maintain optimal health. Many of us have seen tremendous results with our health and wellbeing thanks to the ER Shred protocol. But our diets can only take us so far. It can’t cure our emotional wounds. It can be a stepping stone and create a HUGE breakthrough, but it’s only a 3rd of the equation when we’re talking about holistic health. As much as I teach that health is not just about what we eat, it’s also about how well we’re able to manage our minds and emotions, this piece to the puzzle just seemed to slip past my awareness when I broke out in a rash. My first response was to blame my diet, thinking, what am I doing wrong. What supplement do I need? What should I start eating or stop eating. I skipped right past the obvious, and my focus went directly to my diet instead of looking at my stress levels and emotional health. We must always be aware of the whole, body, mind, and soul. Sometimes we need a little nudge from the people who know us best. Thank you Sean for encouraging me to look deeper.
