When Betty Lemby decided she wasn’t going to wait for the “right time” or the “right person,” she made one of the bravest choices a woman can make — to trust herself and step into motherhood on her own terms.
What began as a deeply personal journey led her to write a heartfelt book that will be released in December — a story about courage, surrender, and creating life in the most authentic way. But Betty’s journey didn’t stop there. After being overwhelmed by the love and generosity she received at her baby shower, she was inspired to give back and co-founded Mummy for Sure, an initiative that supports single mothers in need with essentials like baby milk, diapers, clothes, toys, and furniture — everything that can make motherhood a little easier and a lot more comforting.
In this episode, we talk about the courage to choose yourself, redefining what motherhood looks like today, and how one woman’s story of self-love turned into a ripple of compassion and community. Betty shares how trust, vulnerability, and purpose shaped her path — and how love multiplies when you choose to give it away.

Ever been called “delulu” for dreaming too big? Good. That’s where it starts. In this episode, we unpack how to make those big, audacious dreams real — through small, consistent actions, energy embodiment, and the psychology of belief. Inspired by Robert Dilts’ Logical Levels, this conversation connects mindset, purpose, and everyday choices to show you how manifestation really works — when science and spirit meet.
In this episode, I’m joined by Tania Dars, yoga teacher and creator of Artoga — a unique practice that blends art and yoga to help women reconnect with their essence through movement, creativity, and expression.
We explore the essence of Artoga and how it creates a safe space for you to return to your true self, release limiting beliefs, and benefit from the shared wisdom of the group. Our conversation flows through themes of feminine energy, self-expression, and dating, and how to bring these concepts into your day-to-day life in a grounded, practical way.
It’s an open, honest, and uplifting exchange filled with insight, laughter, and real-life reflections that remind you how empowering it can be to lead from your feminine energy.

We all know what’s healthy — but what keeps us from actually living a healthy lifestyle?
In this episode, I talk about the transformation gap — that space between knowledge and action — and how our inner dialogue often shapes our behaviors more than any diet plan ever could.
I explore this through the lens of Transactional Analysis and the Karpman Drama Triangle, two powerful frameworks that reveal the mental games we play with ourselves — the critic, the rebel, the rescuer, the victim — and how they show up in our relationship with food.
You’ll learn how to recognize which inner voice is speaking when you make choices around food, and how to shift from guilt or control into awareness and empowerment.
If you’ve ever said, “I know what to do, I just don’t do it,” this conversation is for you. Let’s bridge that gap and turn self-knowledge into self-leadership — one conscious choice at a time.
Fasting has become one of the biggest wellness trends — but what if the science behind it was never designed for women?
In this episode of Cycle Hood, we explore how intermittent fasting affects women and men differently — from neuropeptides like kisspeptin, to how our nervous system responds under stress.
We’ll also talk about why this information is especially important for teenage girls going through puberty and growing up in a world of diet culture and social media trends.
This isn’t about fear — it’s about understanding your body, honoring your biology, and reclaiming the right to live in sync with your unique rhythm.
