Behind the Strategy with ADHD
Welcome to Behind The Strategy with ADHD: Trailer

Welcome to Behind the Strategy with ADHD.

A place for conversations, a place to find out and reveal all. What is behind your strategy?

Hello, I'm Kate Whitley and welcome to my podcast, Behind the Strategy with ADHD. I'm a business strategy consultant and rather fab at problem solving. In fact, I can make problems appear out of nothing!

But ever since I can remember, there was always something that just didn't quite add up. Until I was diagnosed with ADHD. Which, I have to say, for a woman in her 50s, was rather a shock. Despite it all making so much sense! And then the anger and the grief hit me. And finally, relief. It explained every decision I've ever made, or not made, and why life always felt like I've been traipsing through treacle.

So thankfully I can now live the rest of my life working through all those issues of not being good enough, time management issues, relationship struggles. Lack of emotional control and the good old working memory. It's also given me the opportunity to work out how to live and run a successful business as an ADHD er and to get the best out of both life and business.

And the only way to do this is to ask questions, to have conversations, and to keep digging until the answers make sense. Because that is one of the main challenges about running an online business. with an ADHD brain. Most of the advice out there, it just doesn't work for us. And the more we try to make it work, the less we succeed.

And then we feel less than, not good enough, incompetent, incapable, and out of control of our own destiny. So please join me as I go behind the strategy with ADHD and get this sorted out once and for all.
