Episode 11 - Health Trends & Diet Culture
Welcome back to What the Zen! To wrap up Season 1 of the show, we've got a different kind of episode for you. This week, we chat about some of the weirdest health trends from back in the day (and some that we wish we could say happened a LONG time ago) and talk fad diet culture, Kim Kardashian and the lengths society asks us to go to to get the 'perfect figure'.   We're thrilled to be passing the 10 episode milestone, and we want to say a big thank you for your words of encouragement and support. For anyone who's listened and given us a positive review or said some nice things about the show - we see you and we love you for it. Feedback is welcome -  we really mean that.
