Episode 5: Trauma with Krista Brown
This week, we chat with Krista Brown, a mental health therapist and newly trained yoga teacher based in Tacoma, Washington. Krista works with children and adults to help them reach their full potential, specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety and identity issues. We spoke with Krista about micro traumas, how trauma and anxiety can manifest physically, the connection with therapy and yoga and why education about mental health issues is vital. This was such an informative and insightful conversation and we loved chatting with Krista. Thanks so much - as always - for listening.
