Welcome to episode 10! We were honoured to be joined by the lovely Flory Huang this week. Flory is a Personal Rest Guide and Founder of The Rested Revolution - a community and service provider of resources, coaching and treatments for multi-modality rest. Flory is also a holistic health practitioner, IMTA-certified meditation teacher and former personal trainer. A deep feeler, thinker and seeker, Flory is a second generation settler of Taiwanese and Dutch ancestry.
