The first thing that always matters is making sure all clients are good.
I went over how my journey from accounting to starting my own coaching business has been and how I made the transition.
Still only a few years in, but have started to see some validation of the growth and the vision coming to life.

3rd week into getting the gym set up - things are looking niceeee, the gym will be done faster then we think - at least the back portion where we can have some dope training sessions.
We also dove into the fact nobody trains legs hard enough or even trains to failure, this is a massive topic as if we apply this concept to all our training we can see crazy gains,

We talked about several topics in this one - along with our current training updates where our current status is at in our personal training journeys, if there are things we are trying that are working or not working. Alongside this we went into detail of why we should bulk or not BULK.
One big take away - Please get a hold of your health. We may not be seeing the consequences right now and may not for the next 10 years but the concerns are real. Things can all catch up really quick.
Make a change, take action, let the compounding in the right direction happen. Stop blaming our genetics or identifying ourselves as always being overweight/unhealthly. F that.
