The intention with this podcast is to provide the listeners to a different side of getting jacked instead of always just talking about how to put on muscle and lose fat (which we will do as well) we want to share our thought processes behind our own motivation, training, business', personal life, showing that we are just normal people who made the decision to execute daily. This should add some relatability in terms that we all have the same amount of time and opportunity in a day and it is completely up to us what we decide to do with that.

This was a fun episode with the bros going over our current training programs and approaches to diet/cardio. Along with our favorite pre workouts as well as our protocols for reverse dieting so we don't gain all the weight back. 


Lastly we got into how we started online coaching - this will be a topic we will keep adding more on to as we learn more about business and coaching others for a longer time.
