
We talked about several topics in this one - along with our current training updates where our current status is at in our personal training journeys, if there are things we are trying that are working or not working. Alongside this we went into detail of why we should bulk or not BULK.
One big take away - Please get a hold of your health. We may not be seeing the consequences right now and may not for the next 10 years but the concerns are real. Things can all catch up really quick.
Make a change, take action, let the compounding in the right direction happen. Stop blaming our genetics or identifying ourselves as always being overweight/unhealthly. F that.
