The intention with this podcast is to provide the listeners to a different side of getting jacked instead of always just talking about how to put on muscle and lose fat (which we will do as well) we want to share our thought processes behind our own motivation, training, business', personal life, showing that we are just normal people who made the decision to execute daily. This should add some relatability in terms that we all have the same amount of time and opportunity in a day and it is completely up to us what we decide to do with that.

This episode was full of fun knowledge but also sharing our experiences in the gym and outside of the gym. One of main topics we touched on was having FUN - which sometimes gets put to the side especially in our current culture of go go go we forget the name of the game is have fun in everything we do. Because if we just keep waiting the fun never really comes.
