What's your focus this year? Mine is SOUL LOVE if you couldn't already tell from the title. :)
Many of us start the New Year intending to improve our BODY. We start a new workout program, diet, or eat differently. Other years we intend to strengthen the MIND. We improve our productivity habits, meditate, and focus our energy on improving the mind. But how many years have you focused your energy on your SOUL? Strengthening our sacred connection to the soul can be easily overshadowed by the promises of a beach body or greater productivity in our workday. But we must not forget that we are a triad: a body, mind, and soul.
Let’s do it differently this year! Let's honor our inner light in 2023. If you’d like to join me in strengthening your connection to your SOUL, I invite you to join me in my SOUL LOVE challenge.
Learn more about SOUL LOVE and my SOUL LOVE CHALLENGE on the podcast and check out my Instagram for the visual and details.
Every day is a new opportunity to start fresh, and the buzz and excitement of a NEW YEAR gives us that extra little boost we may need to kick our butts in gear!

Did you know that Intermittent Fasting (IF) is NOT a diet? It is a timed eating schedule that helps the body use other stored resources for energy and helps the body focus on healing. Learn more about IF in the final episode of the gut health series with health and wellness coach Sara Izquierdo.
Intermittent Fasting is a foundational pillar of Sara's coaching program, and although people do not typically begin Intermittent Fasting for the gut health benefits, there are considerable opportunities to improve your gut health by incorporating this popular technique into your daily life. In addition to the gut-health benefits, people who IF report a significant increase in energy, inflammation reduction, fat loss, hormone regulation, and insulin response.

People can tell you to let go and surrender all day long, but until you are ready to surrender it's just white noise.
Today's episode took an unexpected beautiful turn.
Dr. Gina's guest co-host, Ali Britton, has been on a fertility journey for the past seven years. Anyone who can relate knows just how hard and devastating this path can feel. You want the outcome of a baby so badly that your life can easily become consumed with doing anything you possibly can to just "get it right."
No one will ever know why things happen the way they do, but sometimes gifts are birthed from the pain. Sometimes.
Listen to hear Ali and Gina share how grief forced them both into surrender. Learning to receive the simple but incredibly powerful gifts of life is a true gift of life itself.
If you enjoyed today's episode reach out and share your reflections with Gina on Instagram or email gina@theschoolofhigherconsciousness.com. Grief is an incredibly complex journey, and sometimes you just need an ear. Reach out.
