Anna shares some and how cold exposure helped reverse her debilitating insomnia and how she incorporates cold exposure routinely for optimal benefits. She also offers a couple breath work techniques to reset and decompress. Anna compares breath work to "mediation on a freight-train" helping you dive deep into the subconscious to help reprocess experiences that the body had not fully integrated. Anna has worked in the professional development field for almost a decade. She has lived and worked in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. She earned a masters degree in communication and worked for the world’s largest airline, serving as an Employee Engagement & Communications Expert for six years.
