In this Episode, Abby is joined by Claire Quick also known as @practicalhealthwithclaire. Claire is a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, she has studied Nutrional therapy, sports nutrition, vegan nutrition and qualified as a health and wellbeing coach in 2019.
In this episode, Claire discusses; what is emotional eating, how to overcome emotional eating, the power of goal setting as a way of changing habits and changing relationships with food. Claire also explores how she has married her qualifications together using the health coaching approach combined with her nutrional background to support her clients and talks about the power and benefits of the coaching approach as a practice.

Lea is a mother of two sons whom are both on the autism spectrum, she is an ambassador for DIAS, Devon Information Advice and Support for Special Education Needs and disability, as well as this she is also an Additional Needs Ambassador for Honiton based organisation Parental Minds and runs an additional needs sports group in Honiton.
In this episode Lea talks about her experiences as a mother of children with additional needs, setting up an additional needs sports group, how she looks after her own mental health and the positive impacts of mental health services and community organisations working collaboratively.

Honiton Surgery, Sid Valley Practice and Coleridge Medical Centre, based in East Devon, are extremely excited to announce the launch of their Primary Care Mental Health Team. The pilot project offers patients of the three surgeries a new approach to receiving support for their Mental Health.
