In episode 4, Abby is joined by Hazel. Hazel is a patient registered at one of the surgeries of in HOSMS PCN and has recently worked with the PCN Mental Health Team. Hazel worked with Abby engaging in 6 Mental Health Coaching sessions, she joins Abby in this episode to talk about her experiences of the service and how this has impacted her mental health and wellbeing going forward.
