Welcome to Series 2 of 'Talk About It' - The Official Podcast of HOSMS PCN Mental Health Team working in Honiton, Sid Valley Practice & Ottery Saint Mary.

In episode 5, Abby is joined by Mental Health Practitioner Lauren Hales and Community Connector Monique Aston. This podcast is aimed at clinicians and staff working in GP Practices. We discuss updates on the service, how to refer, and recap of what services we offer. We give examples of appropriate and inappropriate referrals, how we are working with other mental health services such as CMHT and answer some FAQs we have been asked by clinicians.
