1. Invest in the right gear
2. Yaktrax, studded shoes, ice bugs.
3. Start small - go a couple times per week, allow your body to adjust to the temperatures.
4. Don't be afraid to use the treadmill!
5. If possible, go later in the am
6. If possible, run on the roads
7. SLOW down
