Easy Meal Ideas for Hungry Runners, Season 2, Episode 23
We are back from the Holiday break and today we are chatting all about FOOD. As runners we need to fuel our bodies and eating is a critical role in how we preform as athletes. In today's episode, Bethany shares 10 favorite snack/easy meal ideas that are easy to make, nutritionally dense, and perfect to help promote recovery.  Click on the links below, to find more info and scroll down for my favorite recipes!  Favorite Chocolate Smoothie  1 1/2 large frozen bananas 1 c. raw milk or oat milk Big scoop for Peanut butter 2 scoops chocolate totally egg protein powder Spinach Handful of ice Place all ingredients in blender.
