You’ll learn why 90% of intense lower back pain isn’t a surgical emergency and how small, long-term habits usually stack up into big flare-ups. We explain the hallmark signs of disc problems (worse with sitting, bending, coughing/sneezing), what radiating leg pain really signals, and why an MRI “bulge” isn’t always the villain. You’ll hear how true spinal decompression differs from simple traction, how it re-hydrates discs by pumping nutrients from the vertebral endplates, and when it outperforms “stretch and strengthen” alone.
