98% Recovered from Insomnia
90% recovered from anxiety
85% recovered from OCD
In this episode I talk about my experience taking an unnoticeable amount of a thc edible (was not nearly recovered enough. It was a bad idea).
I also talk about a somewhat setback I was entering and the OCD traps I was falling into.
Today I talk about the slight increase in my symptoms (nothing too serious. Definitely far from a full setback).
Today I recap the two new best days I've had throughout this recovery process. I talk about how I view setbacks.
I talk about how I feel true acceptance is an important part of this process, and what true acceptance really is VS what people tend to misinterpret it as.
I kind of define what was "normal" in terms of my sleep and anxiety and thoughts before all this happened, and how close I'm getting to life being "normal" again.

In this episode I do a recap for the last couple of days. Overall things are getting better still, just in a non-linear way.
But I had a little more trouble than usual sleeping today due to my brain clinging onto a certain fear again. So I go through that.
Hope you get something from this episode :)

Expecting a setback at some point. Trying to stay prepared for that. But with that said, things are feeling really good. Hope this can give you some more hope!
The usual recap. Things aren't linear, but on a steady trend up!
In this episode I recap a monumental day in my recovery. I talk about what worked/clicked that made this day so good. I talk about how quiet my mind was, how low my anxiety was, and how I actually slept decently. I finally get to the Anxiety/Insomnia part in the last 5-10 minutes. If you're only here for that, maybe skip forward. Before that, I'm talking about my OCD and Intrusive Thoughts/Fears.

In this episode I go over the podcasts/youtube channels (free resources) that helped me immensely through my journey so far. Whether they gave monumental advice, or whether they gave me hope in the form of success stories, they were extremely helpful.

Recapping the past 1.5 months. How it started, where I'm at now, etc.
Starting with a near black out while sporting, resulted in 3 sleepless nights. I go over how that led to insomnia, anxiety that lowered my quality of life, how I got to a really good point (really felt like I was recovering), then the most recent development hit me like a truck, my OCD.
