    مدیتیشن، با تمرکز بر تنفس، آرامش بدن و خلوت کردن ذهن از افکار ناخواسته، شما رو به یک حالت آرامشی عمیق و آرامش‌بخش دعوت میکنه. اگر میخواید روزتون رو با قدرت شروع کنید کافیه چند دقیقه وقت بزارید و خودتون رو با مدیتیشن آماده کنید. 
    برای رفع تنش های روز و اماده شدن برای خواب بهتر میتونید چند دقیقه قبل خواب مراقبه داشته باشید.
