Welcome back! Tune in as I wrap up conversations from the Cultivating Connection four-part series by sharing my favorite ways to maintain balance with my connection to others, my relationship with self, and the world around me! In this mix-of-everything episode, I give TWO special announcements (YGW Book Club and Season 2 of the pod!), talk about prioritization & intentional time blocking, and I dive into what an inspiration rut can look + feel like + how to get out of it.
If you’re looking for comforting conversation and light advice for when trying to balance life while staying inspired gets tough, this episode is for you 🫶🏻
My advice is based on things that have worked for me in the past, things that have worked for friends and family, and general pieces of knowledge pulled from psychology and awareness. Staying present and creating intentional space for what we already have is truly a tough skill, and I’m super excited to talk about this and help us all work on this journey to deeper, more fulfilling connection with the world around us ☺️

Welcome to the first-ever series on Young and Getting Wiser called Cultivating Connection! In this four-episode series, tune in as we dive into topics surrounding the power of connection each week. Every episode will expand on ways that we can enhance our interpersonal connections in life. We started with Connection to Self, moved into Connection to Others, now on Connection to the World (this episode!), and finishing off with conversations around Maintaining Your Connection next week. ✍🏼

Life can be hard, and through this it's important to see your inner and outer world in a positive way.
I also explain my take on how everything is connected down to a philosophical level, and share my adoration for nature - the tool that is always there for us to feel a sense of connection.
