In this first episode about Connecting to Yourself, I discuss common ways in which people find themselves, managing things that dim our self-connection (such as toxic productivity and burnout), and practical ways to channel a deeper relationship with yourself that will help elevate your interactions with everything around you!
My advice is based on things that have worked for me in the past, things that have worked for friends and family, and general pieces of knowledge pulled from psychology and awareness. Staying present and creating intentional space for what we already have is truly a tough skill, and I’m super excited to talk about this and help us all work on this journey to deeper, more fulfilling connection with the world around us ☺️
