Squats are one of the best strength training moves you can do, but also one of the hardest to actually do correctly. It is very difficult to insure that you are not leaning too far foward, that you have the mobility, flexiblity and strength to preform the squat. One question I get asked a lot is: "how long will it be before I start seeing results". It is one of the number one questions and I get it, that is why a lot of us start, right? I want to help answer that question especially for those starting out, so you can adjust your expectations etc, but also for those that have been in the game a while. This is a good reminder of what "results" mean to you. I have you first figure out your "why", and if that is strong enough, you will see results!
