This week I’m joined by my friend Annabel, who’s one of those quietly powerful people — grounded, deeply intuitive, and endlessly curious about the energetic layers of life.
We talk about her path from being a professional kiteboarder to working in energetic therapy and astrocartography— and how themes of discipline, individualism, and self-drive eventually led her toward burnout, and then into expansion.
We get into what astrocartography really is — how different places in the world hold different energetic influences and how understanding them can bring clarity to the season you’re in, your purpose, and why certain places feel like home (or don’t). She invites the idea of remembering it’s not just you shaping your path — there are larger forces moving with you.
Lastly, Annabel shares insight on how this modality allows you to connect to the energy of the place you’re already in — to see it for what it’s teaching you, to embrace all it's giving, and ultimately, to come back to the home within yourself.

This week, we’re exploring the mirror that relationships (in this case we focus on romantic) hold up for us— how they often reflect what’s asking to be seen within ourselves. Instead of taking those reflections as proof to run, hide, or react, what if we used them as invitations to get curious? Rather than running from what’s reflected, we talk about how to pause, ask better questions, and approach these moments with openness instead of resistance.
I share a mix of personal moments and stories from friends and clients that show how this mirroring plays out in real life — how it can reveal old patterns, deepen understanding, and open the door to clearer communication. We also talk about the importance of perspective: leaning on trusted friends, a therapist, or a coach to help you see the situation through a different lens when emotions cloud the view.
It’s a conversation about learning through reflection — not to fix or defend, but to expand our awareness and grow in connection.

This week’s episode is a post-acupuncture ramble that turned into something pretty clarifying. I dive into two of the five elements of Chinese medicine and how they shape our behaviors, tendencies, and the way we move through the world. I share what was taught to me, how it helped me better understand my own needs for balance, and how we can honor the different elements in the people we love.
We talk about interacting with others who might be more influenced by a different element than us, the art of finding equilibrium when life feels like a pendulum swing, and how nervous system dysregulation (and the path back to regulation) keeps weaving its way into our stories.
It’s part reflection, part teaching, and a little bit of catching up — an exploration of how honoring our natural makeup can help us live with more compassion for ourselves and others.

This week’s episode is all about anchors — the practices, relationships, and inner truths that keep us steady when life feels unsteady. Anchors aren’t just a concept I’m exploring; they’ve been lifelines in every season of rebuilding, reshaping, and remembering who I am. I share how I first started reaching for them, what they’ve looked like in my own journey, and why they matter when everything around us is shifting. We’ll talk about how anchors can hold us without holding us back and how to identify your own to keep in your back pocket amidst change, boredom, comfort, and discovery.

This week’s episode is a short but powerful one. We’re talking about decision-making — not from the heady place of “what should I do” or the labels we chase (the job title, the relationship status, the box to check) — but from the deeper place of how you want to feel in your life.
I walk you through what it means to choose based on feelings instead of nouns and adjectives, and why this shift matters so much for long-term fulfillment. When we anchor into the feelings we’re seeking — freedom, connection, ease, inspiration — our choices begin to line up with the life we actually want to live, not just the one we think we’re supposed to build.
If you’ve been spinning in indecision or searching for clarity, this episode will help you ground into what really matters and give you a reminder that alignment starts with your inner world.

This week, I’m joined by my friend Eli — a public speaker, wellness coach, and entrepreneur who has lived many lives.
We kick things off reminiscing: how we met, our shared love of travel, and the unexpected turns that come from following curiosity. That naturally leads us into the heart of this episode — a conversation around structured flow.
Together, we explore what it means to mature through experience, how to shift habits from external expectations to internal alignment, and what it actually feels like to create a sense of “home” within ourselves. Eli brings stories from life-and-death moments, backpacking, corporate chapters, and everything in between — all pointing to a deeper understanding of calm, clarity, and growth.
If you’re navigating change or craving both freedom and grounding, this conversation will relate.

In this week's episode, I unpack the tug-of-war between the head and the heart—especially when it comes to chasing results. So often, we let our logical mind dictate the path, focusing on metrics, timelines, and “shoulds.” But what happens when we flip that order?
I explore what it means to let the heart lead first—tuning into what actually lights you up, nourishes you, and aligns with your deeper truth—before allowing the head to step in and craft the action plan. This shift changes how we define “results” entirely, moving from quick wins or external validation to long-term fulfillment.
You’ll learn how this approach doesn’t just feel better—it creates a more sustainable and aligned version of success, where your actions are guided by purpose and your mind becomes the strategist for your heart’s vision

This week's episode I'm joined by the powerful Claire, a trauma informed breath work facilitator, cofounder of OPEN, and journey guide. Claire shares the path that led her to breathwork, the intentional choices she’s making for herself, in how she can be the mother for herself today and how it will strengthen and inform her as the mother to her future children.
Together, we explore what it means to redefine power — not as something forceful or performative, but as something soft, intuitive, and deeply embodied. This episode really helps give perspective to what it looks like to show up and meet yourself in the depths of your own being and make space and safety to allow guidance rather than force.

In this episode of with Amanda Keltz, I’m reflecting on the summer vibe of visitors, visiting, and all the movement in between—and how it’s reminded me of the power of perspective and the power of friendship as a mirror. There’s something beautiful about being around people who reflect you back to yourself—not by telling you what to do, but by standing beside you throughout your journey.
I speak about the kind of friendships that empower, that remind you of your truth, that reflect parts you might have forgotten—and how different that is from advice or direction. I share a bit about the nuance of making friends later in life (especially after new starts in new places), the resistance we sometimes carry even when we want connection, and how perspective can either close doors or open us up to everything life’s trying to offer.
Let this one be a reminder that the way you see things can shift everything—and that you’re never alone in it.

In this episode, I’m joined by someone I’ve known for a long time — Benjamin, the younger brother of an old friend, who I’ve had the joy of watching grow into the person he is today. We’re celebrating two and a half years of sobriety, and the journey it took to get here.
Benjamin shares what it was like growing up in NYC, surrounded by social scenes where partying was just part of the norm — especially in high school and college. Like many, he used that lifestyle to cope with the harder stuff under the surface. We talk about what it looked like for him to get sober, how he navigated that decision, and how it’s helped him reconnect with who he really is — in his own life, and in his relationships. We talk about the balancing act: being sober and still deeply connected to community, friendship, dating, family. That middle ground where he’s learning to belong again — to himself first, and then to the world around him.
Benjamin gives us real life experience of making a shift, doing the work, all while keeping humility and curiosity at the forefront.

On this week of With Amanda Keltz, we’re exploring how to anchor into the moment, and how to come back to yourself so that you can find the anchors within you. Because the more you learn to meet yourself in the present moment, the more you access the clarity and groundedness that actually helps you move forward with the directions given from the compass within you. I share some insightful questions to help you navigate holding the motivation of dreaming about what's next, gently checking in with your past without getting stuck there what’s been, and most importantly, tune into what feels aligned right now.
That’s where your compass lives — not in the noise, not in the proving, but in the power of now that is you.

In this week on With Amanda Keltz, I'm diving into the art of reusing your own fuel — how to take what you already have inside you (ideas, clarity, even confusion) and find the right vehicle to carry it forward.
For those that ever felt stuck — in your job, your purpose, your relationship, or even just in yourself. Because it’s not about starting over, it’s about spiraling back through what you already know, what you’ve already tried, and seeing it with new eyes.
I talk about how the clarity you've been seeking might already be living inside you — it just hasn’t landed in the right container yet.
It’s not black or white. It’s not a yes or no. It’s a reworking, a reshaping, a repurposing. And when you find the right expression for it? It clicks.

→ What do you do when things seem too easy?

In this week of With Amanda Keltz, we’re tuning into the early signs—subtle and loud—that emotional burnout is creeping in. From the tension in your body to the emotional flatness or overstimulation, we explore how burnout doesn’t always scream at first... but it always speaks. The invitation is to recognize the difference between a signal fire asking for attention and a full-blown blaze that's asking you to stop.
Usually burnout is a threshold moment—a point of friction that’s not just asking for a break, but showing you where something needs to shift. Within the discomfort, there are golden threads of truth: indicators of misalignment, signals of where your energy is being poured into what no longer serves.
We’ll explore how to gently identify what’s no longer sustainable, how to honor your emotional landscape without judgment, and how to say “enough” with softness, not shame. Because every fire—if we let it—can illuminate the path to change.

In this week of, With Amanda Keltz, I talk about the fine line between expanding our awareness and outsourcing our truth. Sometimes, we latch onto spiritual language, thought schools, or concepts as a way to make sense of what we’re feeling—but in doing so, we might accidentally skip the part where we actually sit with ourselves and listen.
In this episode, I’m sharing my thoughts on how easy it is to mistake spiritual validation for self-connection, and how to tell the difference. This isn’t about disowning your beliefs or practices—it’s about tuning in deeper to what’s real for you.
We’re unpacking how to move through the extremes of belief, embodiment, and identity… and how to come home to your own inner compass in the process. Because spirituality should support your truth—not override it.

In this week of With Amanda Keltz, I’m diving into what motivates us to share our truth—not just for the sake of being seen, but from a place of real alignment. In a world where it can feel impossible to be truly unique, how do we discern what’s actually ours? How do we know when we’re sharing from genuine emotion versus comparison, fear, or persuasion? Vulnerability—it’s one of those things that can feel both freeing and terrifying at the same time.
I’m sharing my own experience with this—how I navigate vulnerability, sort through emotions before I assign meaning, and decide what feels right to put out into the world. Because let’s be honest, sometimes we’re influenced before we even realize it. And before we speak, post, or take action, there’s power in pausing to ask: Is this truly mine?
In this episode, we explore:
— What drives us to share and how to recognize our true motivations
— How to separate influence from intuition—so your voice stays yours
— Why processing emotions before seeking external validation leads to deeper clarity
If you’ve ever wrestled with what’s mine vs. what’s been handed to me, this one’s for you. Let’s talk about getting clear, standing in truth, and sharing from a place of real connection.

This week, on With Amanda Keltz, we’re talking about future timelines, trust, and the energy it takes to get from here to there—without draining yourself in the process.
You know that feeling when you tap into a future version of yourself, and it clicks? The vision is so clear, so exciting, so right—and then suddenly, impatience kicks in. “Why am I not there yet? What’s the holdup?”
Think of your energy like a battery pack, where you were before got you here, and where you are now is fueling what’s next. So, how do you work with your current energy instead of against it? How do you hold trust instead of frustration? How do you fuel your battery rather than deplete it?
In this episode, we explore:
- The sensation of connecting to a future version of yourself and what that means
- How to check in with your current battery percentage and what’s fueling vs. draining it
- Why trust is your biggest energy source—and how to stop forcing the next step
If you’ve been feeling that mix of excitement and impatience, this one’s for you.

In this week's episode of With Amanda Keltz, we’re talking about the duality of give and take—because calling something in is only half the equation. The other half? Making space to actually receive it. You know that phrase, life isn't happening to you, it’s happening for you? Well, I want to take that a step further—because what if life is actually happening with you? What if it’s a collaboration, not just something outside of you pulling the strings? So often, we’re so focused on what hasn’t arrived yet that we don’t even recognize what already has. Or we’re holding onto something that’s taking up the space for what we’ve been asking for.
We’ll dig into:
—How to recognize when you’re already living inside something you once wished for
— What is your North Start and how do you identify it
— The impatience that creeps in and how to shift it into trust
—The art of releasing, so you can actually receive — witnessing the game of Tetris that takes place
It’s not about if things are happening—it’s about how. And spoiler: it’s probably unfolding in a way you didn’t expect (but exactly the way you need).
