Dean Rees-Evans: What Teens (and All of Us) Need Most

Dean Rees-Evans is a human relations consultant, teacher, researcher and public speaker. 

Dean discussed his work with teens and how he's found that simply sharing an understanding of the power of thought can have a profound impact. He shared a story of a student who was transformed after he wrote her a few lines on a piece of paper.

He talked about the importance of being present and coming from a place of love when working with people, whether it's teens, couples, or groups. He believes this resonates and acts as a mirror, helping people see their own innate wellbeing.

Dean emphasised the simplicity yet profundity of understanding that we are the thinkers, creating our reality through thought. He finds this is often a "magic bullet" that sets people free from troubled states of mind.

Overall, Dean spoke about the transformative power of this understanding, and how it can positively impact individuals, families, and communities when shared from a place of presence and love.

Kjetil Haugmo: Redefining Success: A New Way to Create Your Life

Kjetil initially had an external view of success - achieving things like a book, car, relationship. But after discovering the 3 Principles, he realised true success comes from an internal sense of peace and contentment.

He saw how his personal thoughts and doubts were creating unhappiness, even when he had external signs of success. The Principles helped him access a deeper, wiser inner guidance.

Kjetil now focuses on creating from a place of joy and curiosity, rather than fear and ego. He trusts the "loving whispers" of his intuition to guide him, rather than overthinking.

For his clients, Kjetil first helps them define what true success means to them, beyond just external achievements. He guides them to access the innate well-being and wisdom within.

Connor Moylan: Working with At-Risk Youth: Lessons in Listening, Love, and Change

Connor has a story to tell of his younger self that is all too common in terms of living in insecurity, anxiety and depression. To see him now and listen to his work with youngsters, who have been excluded from regular education and also with under-served community groups in a deprived London borough brings hope and confidence that noone is beyond recovery and everyone has access to their mental and emotional wellbeing. 

Coonor is part of the Living Truth CIC staff team, and involved in projects underpinned by the 3 Principles and listening to his confidence and certainty that when you see the innate health in anyone they feel that and rapport is wordlessly created, relationships are formed through connection at a deep level and people of all ages feel ready to trust and rediscover who they truly are.
