We’re all part of a sect—whether we realize it or not. And by “sect,” I don’t just mean religion. I mean any system of rules or beliefs that shape how we live, think, and see the world: governments, diets, cultures, and even the everyday habits we follow without question. In this episode, I break down how these invisible systems guide and control us—and why awareness is the one tool that lets you see clearly and live freely, no matter which sect you find yourself in.
In this episode, I explore the Toltec wisdom of the Collective Dream and the non-dual nature of imagination. Every personal image contributes to a universal dream that shapes reality. From ancient civilizations to modern technology, imagination drives human progress at unprecedented speed. Discover how to align your personal vision with the collective, and try a guided exercise to plant your dreams into the universal reality responsibly.
Struggling with addiction? In this video, I share a simple, mindful technique that helped me take control of my habits, including MDMA, molly, tramadol, excessive sex, and weed.
With this method, I was able to:
• Completely stop MDMA, molly, tramadol, and excessive sex
• Use weed only when I choose, instead of it controlling me
• Break the frustrating cycle of quitting and starting again
• Fully accept or stop any habit with awareness and clarity
Whether you’re in Nigeria, elsewhere in Africa, or anywhere in the world, this technique can help you understand why you’re addicted and regain control of your life.
💡 Watch till the end to see how awareness alone can dissolve the hold addictions have over you.
In this episode, I speak about the end of suffering through a deep realization: this existence is a closed system. Nothing can be added, and nothing can be taken away. Everything that appears—birth, growth, loss, death—is simply movement within the same whole.
The illusion of “becoming” is created by perception. We think something new has entered, or something old has been lost, but in reality, nothing ever enters and nothing ever leaves. Just as waves rise and fall on the ocean without ever adding to or taking away from the ocean itself, so too does every experience rise and fall within existence.
When you internalize this truth—not just as an idea but as a lived understanding—the grip of suffering weakens. The fear of loss, the endless chase for more, the anxiety of change, all begin to dissolve. You see that life is complete, always moving, but never lacking.
This is the doorway to peace: knowing that all becoming is illusion, and all that is, already is.

Does the Soul Exist? | A Conversation Between Science and Spirit
In this thought-provoking episode, we dive into one of humanity’s oldest questions: Does the soul exist?
My wife shares her view from a scientific perspective—grounded in biology, neuroscience, and observable data—while I speak from the lens of direct spiritual experience and ancient wisdom.
She challenges me to provide proof of the soul. But can something beyond the physical be proven with physical tools?
This isn’t a debate—it’s a deep, honest exchange between two people who love each other but see life through very different eyes.
Whether you lean toward science or spirit, or stand somewhere in between, this episode will stretch your thinking and maybe even help you question what you believe about who you really are.
Mind: The Loyal Servant and a Misleading Leader – Part Two
In this episode, I dive deeper into the nature of the mind and share my personal technique for quieting it—by simply returning attention to the present moment, again and again. The mind doesn’t truly operate in the present. It functions mostly through memory and imagination—pulling from the past and projecting into the future.
I explain how this simple shift in awareness has helped me, but I also emphasize that no technique should be followed dogmatically. What works for one may not work for another. The journey of inner stillness is personal. Each individual must investigate themselves to find the method that truly aligns with their nature.
This episode invites you to question your current relationship with the mind—and gently explore what really helps you come home to the present.
🎙 How the Mind Works — Association, Memory & Mental Noise
In this episode, I break down how the mind isn’t really ours—at least not in the way we think. What we call my mind is mostly a collection of borrowed thoughts, past associations, and inherited beliefs. The mind works through connections—linking memories and labels to every moment—and this often leads to confusion, division, and mental chaos.
I share how many of us unconsciously took sides during childhood, forming identities based on incomplete information. These mental alliances now shape how we judge, react, and even suffer.
But there’s another way.
I explain how we can use the mind as a tool—a loyal servant—rather than be misled by it as a false leader. I also offer a simple, practical approach to quieting the mind:
🧘♂️ Deliberately return to the present.
⚖️ Stay neutral. Stop taking sides.
Whether your mind feels noisy, overwhelmed, or stuck in the past, this episode will help you see it more clearly—and perhaps for the first time, choose peace over patterns.
🎙️ Unmasked by Toltec Wisdom | Episode: The Fourth Agreement – Always Do Your Best**
In this episode of Unmasked by Toltec Wisdom*, I dive into the Fourth Agreement from Don Miguel Ruiz’s transformative book *The Four Agreements*: **"Always Do Your Best."*
I reflect on real moments from my own life—times when I did my best and when I *fell short*—and how those choices shaped their outcomes. This episode is a personal exploration of growth, self-compassion, and accountability.
I also discuss how this agreement serves as a grounding force for the other three:
1. *Be impeccable with your word*
2. *Don't take anything personally*
3. *Don't make assumptions*
Without doing your best, the previous three remain ideals. With it, they become practice.
"Doing your best" isn't about perfection—it's about showing up fully in the moment with honesty and presence, even when your energy, emotions, or circumstances shift.
Whether you're new to Toltec wisdom or deepening your journey, this episode invites you to reflect, recalibrate, and realign with your inner integrity.

📌 Listen, reflect, and unmask the silent killer called assumption.
In this episode, I share two stories from my college days that reveal just how much our reactions shape our reality. One situation I took personally—and it led to unnecessary pain. In another, I chose not to take it to heart—and found peace instead.
