We live in a world where all the knowledge we could ever want is right at our fingertips, but the real question is how do we actually use it. In this episode I break down what I see as the three levels of AI. At the base level you’ve got prompting, which most people are familiar with. Then you move up to automations, connecting different systems and letting them talk to each other. And at the top of the pyramid are AI agents, which is where things get really interesting because these agents don’t just answer your questions, they actually learn how to do your job alongside you.We sit down with Alex from Integral Media who shares his journey of building a digital agency and how businesses are starting to integrate AI into their workflow. We talk about what this looks like in practice, how it can improve efficiency, how AI can even help train and onboard staff, and the challenges business owners are facing right now as the landscape changes. This is a big picture conversation about where AI is heading, what it means for the future of work, and how to think about the opportunities and risks that come with it. If you’re curious about how to make AI work for you rather than against you, or just want to know what the next five to ten years could look like, this is one you’ll want to hear.

These are 10 life lessons I wish I had learnt earlier
What are you willing to suffer for? A lot of people when speaking in terms of success will ask questions that will only regard the finishing product: “what do you want out of life”, “where do you see yourself in 5 years”.
While these questions can be handy and having goals set is always a great idea; the problem is that the questions themselves lead to generalised answers that don’t possess any real meaning to you as an individual. The fact is that we all want nice things, we all want to be happy, feel good, be fit, healthy, travel and everything else in between. It’s easy to want. But not everyone will typically get there... and that’s because it requires a long mountainous struggle to achieve.
There’s no doubt that everyone loves a good sunset, but sometimes to see that sunset you have to do certain things that you may not be willing to suffer through. Because happiness requires struggle. Real lifelong fulfilment and meaning have to be earned through the choosing and managing of daily struggles.
You need to be willing to struggle for that outcome.Spend less time focusing on the outcome you’re after and get stuck into the process. If you really love the day ins and day outs of the journey than you’ll more than likely end up at your destination.
However, if you don’t like the road you’re on... it’s best to choose a different one because life is the longest thing you’ll do, so do it right.

If I could go back and teach my 20 year old self a few things, this is exactly what I’d say - to save years of mistakes, heartache, and stress.
Today, we break down the biggest lessons from a decade long business journey - from failing forward in our early 20s to leading a million-dollar company and managing a team of 40+ people.
If you’re in your 20s, it’s time to lock in.
Your youth is your greatest advantage...
Here’s why.
How to Take Accountability & End Your Suffering (The Harsh Truth)A lot of people get caught up blaming their circumstances. They point to their upbringing, the government, the economy, their boss - anything but themselves. And look, I get it. There are real challenges out there. But the moment you start pointing fingers, you give up your power to change things. That’s the trap. Now, if you actually want to level up your life, it starts with taking full accountability. The second you say, “This is on me,” suddenly, you’re in control. You’re not waiting on anyone to save you. You’re the one making the decisions, calling the shots, and taking action. That’s what separates successful people from everyone else. Young people who actually make it in life - whether it’s in business, fitness, finances, whatever - they take extreme ownership of everything they do. They don’t sit around waiting for things to change. They make the change. And here’s the truth about suffering - you don’t end suffering by avoiding it. You don’t end suffering by numbing it with distractions. The only way out is through. You have to find meaning in the struggle. The people who achieve something in life, the ones who actually push through - they don’t see suffering as a roadblock, they see it as a necessary step. You might not be responsible for how things started, but you are 100% responsible for where you go from here. So, are you going to keep making excuses? Or are you finally going to take control?00:00 Intro1:05 First step to changing your life5:41 Get good at this and your life will improve10:00 Become a leader among your peers16:40 Come to terms with these sacrifices20:12 End your suffering for good23:00 You want this mental hygiene25:00 Method of solving your problems27:07 3 traits of successful people30:00 Oprah vs David Goggins33:00 Work life balance is not easy40:00 Destress and keep going
Why Young Australians Are Struggling to Buy a Home (And What to Do About It)Alright, let’s talk about something that’s on a lot of young Australians’ minds—is it even possible to buy a home anymore? We’re in a situation where house prices have skyrocketed, wages haven’t kept up, and more young adults than ever are still living with their parents because rent is through the roof. At the same time, people are being told, “Just work harder, stop buying coffee, and you’ll get there.” Yeah… not that simple. But here’s the thing—while it’s undeniably harder than ever to enter the property market, that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. The key is understanding how money actually works today, rather than relying on outdated advice that doesn’t apply anymore. There are real reason why so many young Australians feel financially doomed, and you have to avoid the biggest money traps keeping you broke to learn how to play the long game and actually get ahead. While Australia is making it harder for young people to build wealth, there’s still a way forward—you just have to play the game differently.00:00 Intro00:38 Sales tactics that don't work09:13 Money traps young people fall into13:00 Why you shouldn't get a car loan17:00 Steps to getting approved19:00 You want these types of debts23:00 Australian property is cooked24:20 The world is changing, get with the times28:00 Make millions with little effort30:44 Time as your leverage37:00 Buying a house is harder than it ever has been38:00 Don't give up
